Today, we learn about Qi Gong with Qi Gong Instructor Karl Ardo. Qi Gong, also spelled qigong or chi gong, is an ancient Chinese practice that combines physical movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. "Qi" means energy or life force, and "Gong" means work or cultivation. Together, Qi Gong refers to the cultivation of energy through various exercises.

These exercises can include gentle movements, deep breathing, visualization and more. The practice is believed to help balance and harmonize the body's natural energy, improve physical strength, and promote mental clarity and emotional balance.
