I watched Lewis Capaldi's diary of a CEO interview along with Jack Mates and they both really resonated with me and it got me thinking of how younger me could of really done with some information on what health anxiety is and why hypochondria is not a terrible and selfish thing I was doing. I hope this helps anyone out their suffering feel less alone and that my tips might help a bit.
