We discuss what a concierge service is, why you should use one, the differences between Travel Agent and Concierge and more. Colleen also celebrated her birthday last Thursday in DISNEY WORLD! With holiday shopping already in action, we wanted to shine a spotlight on some of our favorite small businesses to inspire some gift-giving ideas for the holidays. Kim has written a blog post on our website, ohboypacast.com where you can find these small shops and order something that you love. We feel it is very important to highlight small businesses because for many of them, this is their full-time job, and many people forget small businesses during the holidays and focus on the big box stores/eCommerce sites like Amazon.

This week on the Oh Boy Pa'Cast, we discuss why we hate Covid more than anything right now, and we also reveal how Kim, Manuel, and Tom became known as the Throuple! Oh Boy! Are you in for a treat this week. This week on the Oh Boy Pa'Cast, Kim and Tom also discuss why the Oh Boy Pa'Cast is called a Pa'Cast and not a Podcast, and this is one of the biggest questions we get about our podcast. Oh, and if you listen near the beginning of the podcast, you'll hear Kim mention that Tom has a happy haunt in his bedroom with him!

Disney finally announced many changes to the upcoming Holiday Season at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL for 2020 due to the Coronavirus global pandemic. Many Fan favorites are cancelled or happening on a much smaller scale this year, but Disney did surprise us with positive pieces of news surrounding the holidays as well. Tom is NOT happy about one particular announcement and expresses his feelings this week on the Pa'Cast, but Kim was there to save the day and spread some (early) holiday cheer to him! Check out this week's episode to hear all the upcoming changes and let us know your thoughts on our social media platforms!
