In this episode I interview Shaun about his experiences with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He talks about experiencing terrifying themes of OCD and the thoughts that he was going insane before reaching a diagnosis. In this episode I speak to Matthew about his experiences with depression and anxiety at uni. We talk about how he used medication and meditation to cope at university and how he has learnt to manage his mental health through using the principles of meditation (he even talks about when he went to stay at a monastery in France).
