What burning out has taught me | Story time
After having one of the worst burn outs of my life I was forced to stop and sort some underlying issues out. I had to ask myself hard questions like why do I feel the need to work myself into the ground? I have also realised that I don't want to have a constant positive mindset as this is not healthy and it isn't reality. This podcast is the start of me accepting my vulnerability, accepting I am not in control all the time and thats ok and learning how to step forwards from this situation. Enjoy!
