Becoming an outdoor instructor, encouraging people to get into climbing, the highly contested subject of team land or team water. As well as the quickfire(ish) questions round.

In this interview, we discuss things like: qualifications, how we both became outdoor instructors, encouraging people to get into climbing and touching on the widely debated subject for outdoor instructors.
