Cooking (on a budget and basics)

Cooking (on a budget and basics)

Our 4th episode is slightly extended because we did a podcast from our kitchens!

We looked at how to cook during the current lock down as well as cooking on a budget.

Alongside of this we made a Tuna mousse! (souffle to some!)

Recipe below:

1 can of tuna

2 eggs

4 table spoons of Mayonnaise

1/2 pint of milk

110 grams of cheese

Mix it all in a bowl, decant to some oven proof dishes and pop in the over for between 15 and 20 minutes!

Easy peasy lemon squeezie....
