Move, Get Out The Way
This one will haunt me. We are back with a 'one star review' tidbit, I guarantee cringe as I read the lyrics I wrote as a 17-year-old off a very naughty track list and I introduce a series that will discuss a big upcoming change for my family full of emotions, challenges and goodbyes.

The Real Face of Anxiety
I have to warn the listener. This episode is unlike any other I have done. I didn’t want to record it. I didn’t want to post it. I’m a bit unsure at how it will be received. Outside the episode that chronicled the passing of my daughter this may be the most difficult time I have had telling a story.
I have talked about anxiety and its role in my life but for the first time I recorded an episode in the midst of the anxiety and on the tail end of a panic attack I just went through.
This one is not about entertaining or being funny but hopefully it can be educational and help someone.
Thank you if you choose to listen.
