Episode 7 Special MBCC Edition (Part 1)
This Catch a Flight with Pauly is a special 2 parter. While in Copenhagen for MBCC with the best breweries in the world all in one place, we figured, "why not interview them?" Since it was a chaotic environment, we wanted to keep it short and simple for each brewer and primarily ask them 2 questions: 1) What beers have they been really digging at the festival and 2) What keeps them creative as a brewer in such a competitive market? We interviewed around 37 different brewers over 2 days, so broke this up into 2 parts.
