Multipotentiality with Dustin PolyInnovator

Multipotentiality with Dustin PolyInnovator

What if your many passions, talents, and interests weren’t a distraction—but your superpower? In this eye-opening episode of The Small Victories Podcast, host Pauline Victoria sits down with Dustin PolyInnovator, a self-proclaimed polymath and multidisciplinary innovator, to challenge the status quo around niching down and to celebrate the freedom and potential of living a multi-passionate life.

From knowledge management systems to content strategy to the mindset shifts required to embrace your full self, Dustin shares insights for creators, entrepreneurs, and curious humans who are done trying to fit in a single box.

If you’ve ever felt “too much” or “all over the place,” this conversation will help you reframe that as your gift—not your weakness.

🎯 Key Takeaways:

  • 🔄 You don’t have to niche down forever—“temporary niching” allows for growth while honoring your multidimensional self.

  • 💡 A polymath is someone with multiple expert-level skills and insatiable curiosity—not just someone who “does a lot.”

  • 🌱 Being a “jack of all trades” is not a flaw—in fact, the full quote reveals it can be better than mastery in one thing.

  • 🌐 Your personal brand is like an octopus—your diverse passions are simply different arms stemming from one core identity.

  • 📚 Knowledge management (through tools like Notion or Obsidian) is essential for organizing your ideas, content, and growth across disciplines.

  • 📈 Curiosity is a skill you can train—when you lean into it, it leads to deeper learning and unexpected breakthroughs.

  • ⚙️ Batching, automation, and intentional content planning can help manage the energy and time of pursuing multiple interests.

  • 🧠 Success isn’t about limiting yourself—it’s about integrating all of who you are into how you show up in life and business.

🌀 Reflection Questions:

  1. What parts of yourself or your interests have you been suppressing in the name of “staying focused”? How might integrating them bring you more fulfillment?

  2. In what ways can you start honoring your curiosity more—whether through learning, creating, or simply exploring without a defined outcome?

Courage of Heart with Miriam Rachael Freed

Courage of Heart with Miriam Rachael Freed

What if fear, perfectionism, and self-doubt weren’t signs to stop—but invitations to rise? In this transformative episode of The Small Victories Podcast, Pauline Victoria sits down with courage coach and transformational life + career guide Miriam Rachael Freed to unpack what it really means to live a courageous, authentic, and joy-filled life.

With a deep background in trauma-informed education, somatic work, and subconscious reprogramming, Miriam helps creatives and entrepreneurs unlearn the beliefs keeping them stuck and gently step into their truest selves—with clarity, softness, and aligned action.

This isn’t about following a “proven system.” It’s about listening to the truth of your own heart—and building a life from the inside out.

Key Takeaways:

  • 💡 “Courage of heart” is different from performative courage—it comes from authenticity, not pressure.

  • 🌱 You don’t need to become someone else to succeed—you need to remember and reclaim who you already are.

  • 🧠 Fear of judgment—not lack of knowledge—is often the real reason we don’t take the first step.

  • 🔄 Lasting transformation starts with self-awareness, followed by nervous system regulation and new daily rituals.

  • 🔁 Breakthroughs often feel sudden—but are usually the result of steady, unseen inner work.

  • 💥 Courage isn’t just for you—it creates ripple effects that uplift others.

  • 🎯 Success isn’t just results—it’s loving who you are, what you do, and how you do it.

  • 🛑 Self-sabotage often looks like “putting the thing before the thing.” Call it out and simplify your next step.

  • 🌈 A fully courageous life doesn’t mean a perfect life—it means having the resilience to rise, rain or shine.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Where in your life are you waiting for clarity instead of taking one small courageous step toward it?

  2. What story or pattern are you still carrying that no longer belongs to the version of you you’re becoming?

The Next Level with Alan Lazaros

The Next Level with Alan Lazaros

What if adversity could be the catalyst for your greatest transformation?

In this powerful and honest episode of the Small Victories Podcast, Pauline Victoria sits down with Alan Lazaros—CEO of Next Level University and host of a global top 100 self-improvement podcast—to unpack the often misunderstood difference between self-belief and self-worth, and why both are necessary to live a fulfilled, aligned life.

Alan shares his deeply personal story of loss, trauma, achievement, and awakening—from losing his father at 2 years old, to surviving a near-fatal car accident at 26 that shifted his life’s direction. Through this lens, he teaches us how true transformation starts not with doing more—but by knowing, accepting, and honoring who we truly are.

Key Takeaways:

  • 🎯 Self-belief is your confidence in what you can do. Self-worth is your confidence in who you are. You need both.

  • 🧭 Transformation requires the journey of self-awareness → self-acceptance → self-improvement—in that order.

  • 💡 You don’t rise to the level of your dreams; you fall to the level of your beliefs.

  • 🧱 If you don’t consciously assign goals to yourself, you’ll unconsciously “stumble upon” a life that doesn’t serve you.

  • ⚖️ High achievers often suffer from low self-worth. Achievement alone won’t make you feel worthy.

  • 💥 Adversity is only an advantage if you believe you can turn it into growth. Without belief, it’s just pain.

  • 🚧 Saying yes builds self-belief. Saying no builds self-worth.

  • 🌟 Self-worth is cultivated by honoring your core values and setting boundaries—even if it means disappointing others.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Where in your life are you saying “yes” when your heart is really saying “no”? What boundary is waiting to be honored?

  2. Do you base your worth on what you achieve—or who you are at your core?

The Voice of Stillness with Catherine Corona

The Voice of Stillness with Catherine Corona

In a world that demands constant movement, how do we return to stillness—the kind that grounds us, connects us, and heals us?

In this beautiful and insightful conversation, Pauline Victoria sits down with Catherine Corona—a multi-talented artist, author, singer-songwriter, filmmaker, and lifelong student of meditation and the sound current. Drawing from over four decades of practice and creative exploration, Catherine reveals how stillness is not something we create but something we reconnect with.

She shares powerful childhood stories, sacred practices, and timeless wisdom about the inner quiet that lives within us all. You’ll learn why trying to “quiet the mind” doesn’t work, how sound can be a spiritual doorway, and how to reclaim your soul’s spaciousness—even amidst chaos.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, creative, or spiritual seeker, this episode is an invitation to come home to yourself and discover that your stillness is where your strength resides.

🔑 Key Takeaways:

  • Stillness isn’t something we achieve—it’s something we return to. It already lives within us.
  • You don’t need hours to connect. A few minutes of daily practice can shift your awareness and open you to greater peace.

  • Trying to silence your mind doesn't work—redirect it instead. Catherine shares how using mantras and sound currents can guide your focus.

  • Let go of identity to discover essence. Beyond our stories and titles is a soul longing to remember its connection to all things.

  • Entrepreneurs and doers don’t have to choose between purpose and peace. Stillness enhances creativity, intuition, and clarity.

    • Your small steps toward stillness can radically shift how you show up in your business, relationships, and life.

  • 🧠 Reflection Questions for Listeners:

    1. When was the last time you felt truly still—and what did that moment reveal to you?
    2. What stories or identities might you be holding onto that are keeping you from experiencing the full essence of who you are?

You’re Right on Schedule with Steven Foster

What if your current mess isn’t a mistake—but a setup for your mission?

In this powerful episode, Pauline Victoria is joined by Steven Foster—pastor, author, father, and coach—to explore the idea that we are always right on schedule, even in the middle of life’s storms. Steven vulnerably shares his story of success, collapse, and spiritual awakening, and how Romans 8:28 became the foundation for his transformation.

Discover the difference between grinding in your own strength versus flowing with grace, and why your story—no matter how ordinary or messy you think it is—has the power to heal, uplift, and guide others.

This conversation is a heartening reminder that your greatest struggles may be the very tools God uses to shape your purpose.

    🔑 Key Takeaways:

    • You're not behind—you're right on schedule. Every part of your journey, including the painful parts, is shaping your purpose.

    • There’s a grace for your specific race. When we run outside of our grace, we burn out. True success happens in alignment with God’s timing.

    • Your mess is the message someone is waiting for. What you’ve walked through uniquely qualifies you to lead and uplift others.

    • Comparison takes you out of alignment. Staying in your own lane is essential to preserving your peace and power.
    • Solid identity leads to sustainable impact. No setback changes your position as a masterpiece in the hands of the Master.

    Reflection Questions for Listeners:

    1. In what area of your life are you trying to “grind” instead of flowing in grace?
    2. What story or experience have you downplayed that could actually be the message someone else needs right now?

    Clarity with Kyle Smith

    Clarity with Kyle Smith

What if the life you want isn’t blocked by your circumstances—but by the story you keep telling yourself?

In this powerful episode of The Small Victories Podcast, Pauline Victoria sits down with Kyle Smith, Clarity Consultant and founder of ClarityConsultant.ca, to explore how we can stop waiting for life to change and start choosing the life we want to live.

Kyle shares his own raw and transformational journey from feeling stuck and chaotic to stepping into personal leadership and purpose. Through practical tools like intentional breathwork, story reframing, and the concept of “soft talk” vs. “solid talk,” Kyle empowers listeners to shift from indecision to action.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, directionless, or unsure of your next step, this conversation will help you reconnect with your inner authority and create the clarity you’ve been craving.

    • Clarity is leadership of the self: It’s not just about knowing what you want—it’s about taking responsibility for choosing your path.

    • Soft talk weakens our self-trust: Learn how ambiguous language creates uncertainty, and how shifting to “solid talk” builds decisiveness and confidence.

    • Awareness is the first step toward change: You can’t choose a new direction unless you first acknowledge where you are.

    • Purpose transforms emotional chaos into focused action: Especially for men, channeling energy into meaningful pursuits can lead to healing and growth.

    • Your words create your world: “Abracadabra” literally means “with my words, I create.” The stories you speak shape your identity, your direction, and your destiny.

    1. What story have you been telling yourself that might be holding you back from the life you truly want?

    2. Where in your life are you using “soft talk,” and how could shifting to “solid talk” help you make more confident decisions?

    Practical Manifestation with Igor Vainshtein

    Practical Manifestation with Igor Vainshtein

Success isn’t about waiting for the universe to deliver—it’s about taking action, recognizing opportunities, and staying resilient in the face of challenges. In this episode, entrepreneur Igor Vainshtein shares his journey of building and selling businesses, creating innovative products, and applying manifestation in a practical way.

Igor, the founder of 24 Seven Golf, creator of the Golf Track app, author of Practical Manifestation and Agile Manifestation, and designer of the Entrepreneuropoly board game, reveals the mindset, strategies, and lessons behind his success.

Together, we explore: ✔ Why failure is part of the entrepreneurial journey—and how to push through setbacks. ✔ Practical Manifestation—how to reverse-engineer your dreams into reality. ✔ The secret to spotting opportunities that are already in front of you.Why your mindset is your biggest obstacle—or your greatest asset. How playing games like Entrepreneuropoly can strengthen your business skills.

🔗 Check out Igor’s work: www.igorvainshtein.com 📖 Practical Manifestation (available now) 📖 Agile Manifestation (coming early 2025) 🎲 Entrepreneuropoly – The board game that teaches real-world entrepreneurship: Biz.Game

Success is built through persistence, not perfection. Igor has launched over 20 businesses and follows the 1 in 9 rule—only one out of every nine businesses succeeds. If you’ve failed three times, keep going—you’re still learning and improving.

Manifestation isn’t just about visualizing—it requires intentional action. Many people believe in manifestation but never take action. Success happens when you break down your goals into actionable steps and execute them consistently.

Opportunities are everywhere—but you need to train yourself to see them. Igor walked past a sign for a luxury car rental business every day without noticing it—until he became aware of the possibility. When your mind shifts, you suddenly recognize opportunities that were always there.

Entrepreneurs must learn to "deal with it." Challenges are inevitable, but success comes from resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving. This is why Igor created Entrepreneuropoly—to teach future business owners how to navigate uncertainty, make decisions, and think strategically.

Your daily actions determine success, not just your big goals. Instead of saying, "I want to lose 20 pounds," reframe success as "I will walk 10,000 steps a day." Small, measurable actions build momentum toward big results.

Reframing challenges makes them easier to tackle. If you find a way to make something fun, enjoyable, or meaningful, you’ll stop procrastinating. Success isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter.

The journey itself is the victory. Many entrepreneurs believe they’ll be happy once they reach a certain milestone, but true success is enjoying the process of growth, learning, and creating.

Living in a Body You Love: Healing from the Inside Out with Leah Dombrowski

Living in a Body You Love: Healing from the Inside Out with Leah Dombrowski

So many women struggle with the idea that they can truly love the body they live in. Years of misinformation, chronic health issues, and limiting beliefs make them feel stuck in cycles of frustration, discomfort, and self-doubt. But the good news? Healing is possible—and it starts from within.

In this episode, holistic health coach and nutritionist Leah Dombrowski shares her powerful journey of overcoming chronic gut issues, autoimmune disease, and fatigue through functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Now, she helps women reclaim their health, lose weight naturally, support their gut, and feel strong and confident in their bodies.

If you’ve ever felt trapped by health struggles, dismissed by doctors, or unsure where to start, this conversation will empower you to take control of your health and live in a body you love.

Learn more about Leah and connect with her: https://www.livingwithstrength.com/

    • Your symptoms are not "normal"—they are signals from your body. Bloating, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues may be common, but they are not normal. Instead of ignoring them, listen to what your body is telling you and take action.

    • Your health struggles don’t define you, but your response to them does. Many women use conditions like PCOS or hypothyroidism as excuses to stay stuck, but healing is possible. Your diagnosis is not your identity—it’s data that helps guide your health journey.

    • Functional medicine addresses the root cause, not just symptoms. Traditional medicine often covers up symptoms with medication, but true healing happens when you look at your whole body, lifestyle, and nutrition to find the real issue.

    • Your mindset is the biggest obstacle to change. Many people wait until they hit rock bottom before making a change, but you don’t have to. You have the power to choose health before you reach a breaking point.

    • Stop looking for quick fixes—real health is a long-term commitment. Fad diets, extreme cleanses, and “miracle supplements” don’t work in the long run. Instead, focus on building sustainable habits that support your body over time.

    • Find your ‘why’ to stay motivated. If you struggle to stay consistent, ask yourself: Why do I want to feel better? Whether it’s to be more present for your family, regain energy, or boost confidence, your deeper reason will keep you going on hard days.

    • You don’t have to figure it all out alone—coaching accelerates your results. Instead of spending years guessing, working with a coach gives you clarity, guidance, and a personalized plan that works for YOUR body.

Your body was designed to thrive. Healing is possible. The first step is choosing to take action. Tune in and start your journey to living in a body you love. 🎧

Monetizing Your Genius: Turning Your Gifts into Profit with Shelby Jo Long

Have you ever wondered how to turn your unique talents and life experiences into a thriving business? In this episode, we dive deep into monetizing your genius with Shelby Jo Long—a seasoned business strategist, communication expert, and Senior VP of the Strategic Advisor Board.

With 15 years as a professor and debate coach, Shelby has mastered the art of helping entrepreneurs discover their genius, clarify their brand message, and create high-ticket offers. She believes that when you build a business around your natural gifts, you not only find financial success but also create a fulfilling life and meaningful impact.

If you've ever struggled with pricing your expertise, identifying what makes you stand out, or wondering how to transform your passion into profit, this conversation is packed with insights to help you take the next step.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Your genius isn’t just what you know—it’s how you solve problems. True genius isn’t just book smarts or formal education. It’s a combination of your experience, worldview, and ability to create solutions that others need.
    • Your story is your competitive advantage. The personal experiences that shaped you are what set you apart from others in your industry. Your unique perspective and journey create an emotional connection with your audience.
    • People pay for solutions, not just skills. Your expertise has value, but it becomes truly monetizable when you position it as a solution to a real problem that your audience is willing to invest in.
    • You don’t have to be the only one—you just have to be the right one. Many people may have similar talents, but how you deliver your message, connect with people, and serve your audience makes you different.
    • Charging for your expertise is not selfish—it’s an exchange of value. Your knowledge and gifts were given to you for a reason. By monetizing them, you create impact, transformation, and sustainability in your work.
    • Visibility is essential—hiding your genius helps no one. If no one knows about your gifts, they can’t benefit from them. Showing up online, speaking about your expertise, and building relationships is key to success.
    • Growth accelerates when you surround yourself with the right people. Building a business in isolation is limiting. Connecting with mentors, coaches, and strategic partners can fast-track your success.
    • Success starts with action—clarity comes from movement. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Taking the first step, even if it’s small, will lead to clarity, confidence, and momentum.
    • Your genius is valuable, and the world needs it. The key is learning how to position, communicate, and monetize it effectively so you can create both impact and income.

    Fempreneurs with Wendy Watson

    Fempreneurs with Wendy Watson

In this episode, *Fempreneurs*, we dive into the often-overlooked relationships we have with powerful concepts like judgment, God, vulnerability, independence, mentality, emotions, and money. While we usually think of relationships as those we have with ourselves and others, we explore how understanding and developing our senses can open the door to spiritual relationships with these deeper ideas.

Join us for a compelling conversation with Wendy Watson as we discuss how our senses shape our spiritual connections and how this awareness influences our personal and professional lives.

As a fifth-generation entrepreneur, author of "Verbal Turbulence: The 70/20/10 Rule," and creator of "7 Essential Relationships for Fempreneurs," Wendy brings a rich legacy and wealth of experience to her work. Her nearly two-decade-long personal growth journey began in a chaotic home and included overcoming numerous challenges such as abusive relationships, bankruptcy, divorce, and loss. These experiences have shaped her unique approach to personal and professional development, combining left and right brain thinking, balancing feminine and masculine energies, and providing a comprehensive perspective. She has thrived in various roles in corporate America, as a massage therapist, and as an entrepreneur, always emphasizing deep, lasting change through energy work and self-leadership. Passionate about helping others achieve a peaceful, loving, and nurturing life, she excels at showing her clients a variety of perspectives while guiding them through their trauma.

    Key takeaways include:

    • Your understanding of the world is shaped by your upbringing, but habits can be broken and recreated through conscious choice.

    • It’s not about being triggered, but how long you allow yourself to stay in that state.

Find Your Voice with Theadora Vosse

Find Your Voice with Theadora Vosse

In this episode, we’re diving deep into the transformative journey of authenticity and the power of finding your true voice. In a world overflowing with noise and imitation, embracing your genuine self is what sets you apart and opens the door to a more fulfilling life and work experience. We’re thrilled to have Theodora Vosse join us to share her inspiring story of discovering her authentic voice.

Together, we’ll explore why authenticity matters, practical steps to uncover your unique voice, and how this journey can transform not only your podcasting experience but every aspect of your life. Tune in and discover the freedom and impact that comes from being truly you!

For the past five years, Theadora Vosse has dedicated herself to creating and hosting podcasts that focus on personal branding. With over 10 shows and various brands under her belt, she also takes pride in being the voice behind a leading tech company's podcast. You might say she's somewhat of a podcasting expert! At the core of her work lies a deep passion for podcasting and the art of storytelling. She finds it absolutely fascinating how narratives can be captured and shared—be it personal tales, business ventures, brand stories, or casual chats with friends. It's not just about creating content; it's about documenting history and making an impact.

    Here are the takeaways:

    • Our authentic voice and identity are often revealed when we consider the One who created us.

    • In relationships, if we can't show up as our authentic selves, the relationship is essentially built on deception.

    • When we're deciding whether to stay in or change our circumstances, we often focus on what we would be giving up, forgetting that what we stand to gain might be far greater.

    • God doesn't ask us to suffer just for the sake of suffering. There is purpose in pain, but it's not suffering for suffering's sake.

    • On the journey to finding our unique voice and authentic self, we might feel cornered with nowhere to turn but up, allowing God to guide us to our next step. This step is often just an intuitive decision we simply need to make.

    • Another aspect of discovering our uniqueness is recognizing that we don’t always have do it alone

Overcome & Thrive with Reena Suri

Overcome & Thrive with Reena Suri

In this episode, Overcome and Thrive, we explore the powerful truth that no matter your circumstances, it’s possible to become whole, functional, and thrive both personally and professionally. We’ll share an inspiring story of someone who turned their challenges into opportunities for growth and success, showing that with the right mindset and perseverance, you can overcome any struggle and reach your full potential.

Reena Suri is a Resilience Expert. She helps individuals, leaders and teams get connected with their pain points and develop resilient strategies and skills that support them in achieving the results they desire.

In 2006, she had a nervous breakdown triggered by a personal life crisis. It was a culmination of years of stressful living related to difficult relationships. Till then, she had never sought any help. A primary reason was a lack of awareness which stayed intact because she was afraid to ask questions due to fear and shame. Finally, when she reached the end of her strength, she sought help from a mental health therapist. That initial first step put her on a road to recovery and in time she experienced complete healing. The most rewarding aspect of this journey was to find her true purpose. She is passionate about supporting others in their resilience journey and watching them thrive.

Reena considers that personal crisis as a gift. It was the beginning of her fascination with resilience. She wanted to understand how we human beings are gifted with special abilities to adapt to challenging life experiences through mental, emotional and behavioral flexibility and by making adjustments in our demanding lives by clarifying and prioritizing our goals. She learned to identify triggers and developed skills and coping strategies to not only become functional but to thrive through unforeseen challenges. She empowers her clients by supporting them in clarifying their goals, getting connected to pain points and developing resilient strategies and skills to achieve the results they desire.

    Here are the key takeaways:

    • What was meant for evil, God can use for good.

    • Come as you are—God will provide the tools and resources you need to overcome.

    • You have the power within to heal, grow, and transform your pain into strength.

    • Vulnerability and humility are key; don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed.

    • Shift your focus from blaming others or your circumstances and start asking, “What can I do?”

    • Trust the process—if it doesn’t work the first time, keep trying.

Join us as we dive into this empowering journey of overcoming and thriving, and learn how you, too, can turn hardship into hope.

Calling All Trailblazers with Kristin Golliher

Having a podcast gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing humans, but there are some when I meet them with whom I can feel their heart and a kindred spirit.   Kristin Golliher is one such person that when we met, there were no walls and conversation unfolded naturally and comfortably. This is who she is and what she aims to do in the world with her company Wild Rock TrailBlazers, to help women entrepreneurs know that they are not alone in their experiences, struggles and victories.

Inspired by creativity and the art of strategic storytelling, Kristin Golliher took the giant leap from corporate America to embrace her entrepreneurial spirit and create a boutique agency based in Colorado that rocks results and empowers employees. Launched in 2012, WildRock Public Relations and Marketing helps take brands to the next level by offering superior strategies, more imagination, solid media relationships and relentless execution. Before starting WildRock, Kristin was on the ground floor of OtterBox, helping to build it into the powerhouse brand it is today. Her impressive drive and industry contributions have earned her many notable accolades over the years including recognition as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals, a Colorado Superwoman, 40 Under Forty and a Women of Distinction finalist. She has also led her Rockstar team to land year-over-year awards from the Public Relations Society of America, MarComm and her alma mater, Colorado State University. Having built a highly profitable, high-performing, people-first organization Kristin understands first-hand how being a leader can be exhausting. In 2023, she harnessed her passion for helping executive women achieve their definition of success and started WildRock® Trailblazers. Through beautifully curated retreats and one-on-one coaching partnerships, Kristin helps executive and entrepreneurial women make their wildest business and career dreams a reality.

    Here are the takeaways:

    • The more comfortable you are with yourself, the more comfortable you'll be with others, no matter how different they are.

    • Give yourself grace because God gave us grace first.

    • The best victory you can experience in life is knowing what you were created for.

    • Our identity is not based on what we see but on what we believe about who we are.

    • If there's any constant, it's change.

    • Be transparent and honest. This lowers not only your walls but also the walls of others.

    • There are tons of opportunities out there. It's about being on the lookout for them and turning them into wins.

    • It's not the moments when we fall that matter but the moments when we rise back up.

    • Pursue your dreams and purpose because they matter. When you do, you'll experience victories, and so will the people you impact.

Becoming an Author with Wendy Melrose

Becoming an Author with Wendy Melrose

Each one of us has a story that has the power to make a difference in the lives of others. And putting that story into a book multiplies that power because it makes it accessible to the masses. If you have been wanting to put your story, idea, or teachings into a book, but it feels overwhelming, then you’ll want to turn up the volume on this episode because my guest has been purposed and gifted with the ability to bring your dream of becoming an author into reality.

Wendy Melrose is a Daughter of King Jesus, wife and mother of two. 5 time author in the last 12 months, writing & self-publishing coach, and sales professional. She has been focusing on John 15, learning how to abide and be certain she is attached to the vine. . . nothing else matters. When the Lord leads, everything falls into place.

    Here are the takeaways:

    • When God calls us, it can feel intimidating, but God often provides clear signs that illuminate the path and make it easier to trust and follow.

    • The truth sets us free.

    • Act with a servant’s heart, not from ego. Ask, will this help others transform their pain into purpose?

    • Are you stepping outside God’s will or aligning with it?

    • God always provides, equipping us with the skills, wisdom, and opportunities to support ourselves.

    • God gives us tasks in two ways: either He consistently reminds us to act, or, if we say no enough times, He assigns someone else, and we miss the opportunity to serve.

    • Don’t let fear, anxiety, or the lies of the enemy cause you to miss out on God’s best for your life.

    • We often overthink God’s call. We need to focus on the present day and ask, “Lord, what do You want me to do today?” and don’t worry about tomorrow.

    • Approaching life or business by seeking God’s guidance first, rather than asking Him to bless our pre-set plans, changes everything. We learn humility and how to move from the inside out.

    • Being in God’s will isn’t about suppression—it’s about abundance, as we are connected to the source, our Creator.

    • There’s relief in letting go of the need to control. It’s not about giving up control, but the need for control.

    • You can't have the promise without going through the pain.

    • The most powerful stories are the ones that help people feel like God's promise is also attainable for them.

    • Honest feedback is crucial—it’s the difference between making something good and making something great.

    • Starting the journey is often the hardest step.

    • We are called to greatness, to bring our purpose into the world and fulfill it.

    • In this massive global world, we're all just looking for somebody we can identify with and connect to.

    Divine Healing with Tom Paladino

    Divine Healing with Tom Paladino

I am always looking for ways to stay healthy or align my body with the way God intended for my body to work. But it can be so hard with so many not-so-healthy choices and the broken healthcare system. So I’m really excited to talk with this guest who offers an alternative healing method.

Tom Palladino began research with Scalar Light during my undergraduate years. Inspired by various scientists, especially Nikola Tesla (a genius who invented alternating current), he was curious to learn more about the existence of an energy that was not of the electromagnetic spectrum. He pursued a course of independent study in order to better understand and subsequently harness Scalar Light, as this emerging science is not taught at the university level.

One of his scientific predecessors was Dr. T. Galen Hieronymus, one of the few Scalar Light researchers in the United States in the past century.  Tom had the good fortune to read Galen’s notes and used his Scalar Light instruments after his death.  With this hands-on experience, he became convinced that Scalar Light technology and its practical application will serve to improve the welfare of humanity.

Predicated upon the discoveries of my predecessor, Hieronymus, Tom was able to engineer Scalar Light instruments capable of harnessing and transmitting Scalar Light to the photographic force fields of people, animals, plants and objects.  The Scalar Light instruments have been perfected and are able to identify and negate the molecular intelligence of pathogens embedded upon a photograph.  Currently, over 400,000 species of viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoan can be identified and negated by way of these custom-built Scalar Light instruments.  Thus, Tom’s Scalar Light research and practice offer humanity the prospect of excellent health.

Additionally, the Scalar Light instruments are able to impart the Scalar Light intelligence of micro-nutrients upon the photographic force fields of people, animals and plants.  Many people attest to the benefits of the Scalar Light Nutrient Program.

The Scalar Light instruments are able to balance and harmonize brain waves as well as the chakras.  It is Tom’s belief that Scalar Light will serve as a new and effective protocol for psychological and emotional conditions.

    Here are the key takeaways:

    • Scalar light is working through the spirit and heals through God's divine light.

    • God wants us to be healed.

    • God wants us to have victory in our life and to have that, we have to be at our optimum in mind, body, and soul.

Embrace the Unknown: Conquering Change and Confronting Challenges with Dai Manuel

Embrace the Unknown: Conquering Change and Confronting Challenges with Dai Manuel

Two of the scariest words we can be confronted with are: change and challenge. In this episode we're going to reframe these words so you welcome, instead of reject these realities of life.  I'm joined by Dai Manuel to have an open conversation about how we can say "YES" to change and challenge.

Dai is a super dad, dating his wife, with a lead-by-example way of living. He’s a contagious personality who is on a mission to positively impact one million role models around the globe to lead a FUN-ctionally healthy life through education, encouragement, and community.

He is an award-winning digital thought leader and author, Distinguished Toastmaster, TEDx speaker & edutaining keynote speaker, former partner and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar retail company, and a sought-after lifestyle mentor executive performance coach.

Dai knows the struggle of the juggle and keeping his health and happiness a priority. He models his work based on the 5 F’s: Fitness, Family, Faith, and Finances with an overarching roof of FUN, built on a rock-solid foundation of Health. Nuggets of wisdom and inspiration to take action to be your best self are guaranteed when you connect with Dai!

    Key Takeaways

    • Each challenge builds on the last, it all adds to our character, our experiences, and ultimately helps shape who we become.

    • The only thing you have to accept to be absolutely certain is that nothing's gonna stay as it is.

    • Control is just an illusion that we buy into to make ourselves feel better, it is a way for us to have some sort of ability to argue with reality.

    • You have the ability to shift your perspective of what that challenge could mean for you. Perhaps if you got out of the way, that challenge might be making a pathway for the next thing to open up.

    • Change happens in an instant, and it takes just one decision. It happens when you decide to do something different than you were doing before.

    • What possibility opens up when you're willing to make that change and welcome change and challenge in your life?

    • People are afraid of change because they get confronted with who they are at the core when it happens.

    • By opening up and developing a healthier relationship with vulnerability, you give permission for other people to also be vulnerable in return.

    • Change and challenge are the aspirational pathways that you must take in order to level up.

Breaking Free: Empowering Yourself Beyond Narcissism

Breaking Free: Empowering Yourself Beyond Narcissism

Relationships are a huge element of our quality of life and level of success, especially for entrepreneurs. Our relationships can affect our confidence, productivity and focus.  But what if we find ourselves in relationship with someone who is narcissistic? Here to talk with us about how to recognize and recover from a relationship with a narcissist so that you can be mobilized toward success is Dr. Yve Alexandra Ruiz.

Both a former psychiatrist with her medical doctorate from UCLA and now the Narcissistic Relationship Specialist and Leadership Mentor with empowerment programs for groups and individuals, Dr. Yve has overcome compelling circumstances and formidable energy vampires in her own life.

Dr. Yve now accelerates your reaching success in vanquishing these unnecessary hindrances by helping you empower yourself so you can grow to achieve more professionally and personally than you ever thought possible.

    Takeaways:

    • We all deserve that moment where we know that we are being fully authentic to ourselves. This happens when we take that journey, veer away from what society points us in, and keep stepping forward, following, and listening to our souls.

    • You owe it to yourself to live your best life and to reach what you deserve.

    • You can't make a difference in other people's lives if you're not willing to make the difference on your own.

    • You are loved and you're not alone. Just because you have to separate yourself from another person doesn't mean they're any less loved by God either.

    • Realize that sometimes you are not necessarily needed to be a part of someone else's growth that they need to experience in this moment or phase in their life and that is okay.

Knowing and Asking for Your Value with Mia Smithson

Knowing and Asking for Your Value with Mia Smithson

Do you know what the work you do is valued at? Do you underbid the contribution your knowledge and skills bring to a company?  Historically, statistics show that women tend to negotiate less than their counterparts. Why is that? And how can we shift these statistics so women feel more comfortable with negotiating for their worth?

Here to talk with me about this is Mia Smithson.

    Takeaways:

    • Your self-worth is not the same as your business worth, your self-worth doesn't increase or decrease based on what you do or what you can offer the world - it exists simply because you are.
    • There is supposed to be (uncomfortable) silence during negotiation. Do not be afraid of it.
    • For every job, it is not just them interviewing you, you're interviewing them as well. You are in demand. You are a candidate. If the company doesn't have what you're looking for, you'll find work elsewhere that does.
    • If you fully believe in the value of your product, then let it be expensive.
    • Price is never price, price is about value.
    • Your dream job is whatever you make it to be.
    • When you're run by reason and not by your emotions, you can have a really solid, calm conversation, and that's when you'll have the most strength.
    • Ride the wave of your emotions, let it pass but do not get swept in it.
    • When women feel empowered, it just doesn't show up in their careers but in other areas of their life as well because they begin to not be afraid to ask.

Support from the Spiritual Realm with Martine Felton

Is it selfish to put yourself first or could it be an act of service to prioritize your own self-care? That is the lesson our upcoming guest had to learn as she went through the rollercoaster of relationships.

In this episode, we'll be talking with Martine Felton who has embraced her gift as a natural intuitive gifts to guide her to a self-love mindset.

    Takeaways:

    • Self-love is not putting what other people think of you over what you believe about yourself. It is just fully permitting yourself to be you.
    • Not everyone is going to come with you as you elevate yourself, and that's okay.
    • People don't have everything together.  Most times everyone is just doing it and learning as they go.
    • It's not about knowing everything and executing it perfectly. Itt's about having the courage to take imperfect action to inspire others to do the same.
    • Sometimes you need to silence the mind and just open up your heart.
    • The best things come in our lives when we drop any expectations, all of our judgments and opinions, and allow ourselves to just explore and discover something new.

Martine Felton is a natural intuitive and started her journey with tarot and oracle cards in 2018. Since then she has deepened her experience and knowledge with Reiki and crystal singing bowls. Martine strives to help people get more connected with their higher selves through spiritual guidance, various healing modalities, and embodying a self-love mindset.

The Power of Promotional Products with Swire Ho

The Power of Promotional Products with Swire Ho

If you're an entrepreneur, you'll want to pay attention to this episode.  Everything we do is an extension and expression of who we are and our business.  We want to make sure that every post we make, every action we take, is helping elevate our brand. One way we can do that is by utilizing promotional products. But not just any product, like a pen or water bottle that just gets tossed and overlooked.

Here to talk with us is Swire Ho, founder of Garuda Promo, about how to be strategic about the promotional products we use to enhance our connection with our audience and customers.

    Takeaways:

    • Promotional products aren't just gifts that you give for the sake of giving them.  Rather, they are tokens provided with a purpose in mind for your audience to engage and help you in achieving your business goals.
    • It's not about the product, it's about the experience you want to create for your clients/audience.
    • Don't think about what you want to buy, think about what the recipient would like to receive to enhance their experience.
    • At the end of the day, you are in business to serve your clients. It's not about you, it's about them.

Swire was born and raised in Hong Kong, but then immigrated to Los Angeles in 1996. He trained as a sound engineer, working at recording studios and entertainment agencies before starting his own firm, Hellman Production, Inc, 2003. Swire and his team successfully produced attractive, personalized DVD and CD cases and custom merchandise like T-shirts, which earned him a Score award in 2009, for small business success. His business eventually grew so popular, he decided to sell Hellman Production in 2013 to focus exclusively on the promotional product industry.

Where Science and Spirituality Collide with D. Neil Elliott

Where Science and Spirituality Collide with D. Neil Elliott

A lot of us feel that there are two separate ideologies of life. Some lean toward the evidence-based science camp while others gravitate towards the ethereal spirituality world.  Is there a way to overlap both science and spiritually?

    D. Neil Elliott believes so and will be talking with us about his experience with the 7 step process that he discovered on his journey from suicide to spiritual consciousness.

    Takeaways:

    • Our truth is unconditional love.
    • Only through lessons of suffering through the journey will the soul gain knowledge to retain individuality after it has discarded the ego.
    • Our soul is our reality. This body is merely a tool, a vehicle that we rent over a lifetime to gain these experiences in our life to allow our souls to learn.
    • Our external world is not reality, it is simply a reflection of our beliefs. When you change your beliefs, you change what you see.
    • We're not victims of fate. We are victims of our creative consciousness that we utilize ignorantly and unknowingly and unwittingly to create every event and experience that comes to us to help our soul learn these lessons, have these experiences, and finally wake up.
    • What you feed your mind is more important for your overall health and well-being than what you feed your body.
    • Your feelings of discontent and desperation despite your seemingly perfect external world are really just a yearning for your soul to awaken.

To any outsider, D. Neil Elliott was highly educated, owned a profitable consulting firm, and had a successful career and an amazing wife and family. But things were not all they seemed to be … Neil was facing a lot of challenges. In a phrase, he was in a dark place. Quite by accident, he discovered a Higher Road. As he traveled that road, he found the key to transforming his life.

Over the course of the following year, Neil lifted himself from the brink of suicide to an inner state of love, peace, joy, and abundance. His perspectives on life changed entirely. His troubles and tribulations were his impetus to find the key that enabled him to revolutionize his life. He learned that the search for a better life does not entail positive thinking, saying affirmations, chanting mantras, or traveling to India to sit at the feet of a guru—or any other popularized method of “finding yourself.” …The key? To ascend in both spiritual perception and truth, you need to use the right process to break through your entrenched, human-ego barriers.

For nearly three decades, Neil read hundreds of self-help and spiritual books and took self-development courses. All of them offered hope for change and improvement, but nothing fulfilled his needs or genuinely delivered on its promises.

Neil’s desire—and his new mission in life—is to share the knowledge he gained and the process he used on his journey to self-awareness, together with the blueprint document he discovered that was instrumental in transforming his life. He wants to give you, regardless of your station in life, the tools and opportunity to empower yourself, transform your life, and draw peace, joy, love, and prosperity into your personal situation and environment. Neil believes that as more and more people follow this Higher Road to true spiritual perfection, a New Era of Love and Peace will dawn for everyone throughout the world.

Hierarchies of Human Phenomena with Jim Marshall

Hierarchies of Human Phenomena with Jim Marshall

There are a lot of messages and gurus out there championing to be your best self.  But how do we do that?  What if there was a systematic blueprint of how we can do that as both individuals and groups?

Jim Marshall has found a scientific system that helps you identify where you are, where you want to go and how to do that.

Jim Marshall is a polymathic intellectual who has devoted over 50,000 hours to the study and practice of multiple dimensions of human potential and development. He received a classical education as an honor student at a Jesuit Military Prep School, was accepted into engineering school while still a junior in prep school, and attended college on academic scholarship. He graduated college with a Bachelor of Science cum laude. While still an undergraduate, he began the study of “alternative” Arts and Sciences which today would be described as Transformational and Holistic. Eventually, he became a professional practitioner and, after 28 years of formal education, had a long career as a Human Development Engineer.

Jim has integrated the best aspects of the most advanced techniques on the planet, and expanded their limits by his own Research & Discovery. He has successfully treated and/or trained hundreds of clients over a 40 year career, and is the inventor of Septemics and several consciousness-expanding systems. His areas of expertise include psychology, philosophy, theology, parapsychology, science, engineering, mathematics, law, literature, history, music, organization, metaphysics, military science, political science, physical culture and education.

    Takeaways:

    • It's difficult to get somewhere if you don't know where you are, don't know where you're going, and don't know how to get to your destination in the first place. This is the question that Septemics seeks to practically resolve for people.
    • A person's positioning on any scale is determined by his abundance of insight in an area or a lack thereof, meaning any individual can move upwards whenever s/he commits to learning and knowledge application.
    • We all need each other. All aspects of our lives are touched by and integrated into our relationships.
    • Seeing the difference we want to make in the world starts with ourselves and with people.

Propelled by Purpose with LaToya NaShae

Propelled by Purpose with LaToya NaShae

As humans, we have the need to bring meaning to life.  We can feel a nudge in the deepest pits of our heart that we were created for a purpose and we yearn to discover what that purpose is.  But how do we find that purpose? What does that quest look like? The first step in finding your purpose is to learn more about who you are.  To help reveal more of our identity to uncover our purpose is LaToya NaShae.

    Takeaways:

    • We want change, but we typically don't want to change to produce change.
    • Purpose is meant to serve humanity. Service comes first and fulfillment comes second.
    • We'll do way less guessing than we'd have to if we would just be still in the presence of God.
    • Often we can't hear, because we think we know what God should say. But because He's not saying that, we're deaf to what He's actually speaking.
    • Instead of asking for the new Word, sometimes we just need to go back to revisit what he already said and put our faith in that.
    • Oftentimes other people have to walk the journey with us to guide us and help show us what our life could look like.

LaToya NaShae is faith wrapped in feistiness! Her passion and purpose are equipping others to live authentic, Christ-centered lives. Through writing, speaking, and life coaching, she empowers individuals to walk in their appointed place of purpose and promise. Coach LaToya boldly declares practical truths and shares strategies for victoriously moving forward into one's appointed place of purpose and promise.
