Each practice at PCT begins with what we call a Mat Chat. Mat Chats are a time to talk about specific topics, life skills, life lesson, strategies and topics that help our athletes to not only excel in the sport of Cheerleading but to become better people well doing so.
Today we talk about how Champions and Mastery come from doing the boring stuff without immediate reward.
