Patience
In today's world, patience is far and few between. This week Verlyn and Cameron discuss patience and how it affects our spiritual, professional, and personal lives. Try to carve out time for yourself to sit and be patient. Always try to go into a conversation or confrontation with the mindset of being patient enough to truly hear what the person is saying.

There seems to be a connection between rugged individualism and religion when viewed through the lens of Peace

Sometimes assigning words or values to emotion detracts from their genuineness. Try just mediating and enjoy the feeling of Joy.

Loving Others
Given the events of the weekend, Verlyn and Cameron thought it would be appropriate about how we can best love others.
Behind Love is knowing and understanding. You can never truly love someone to the highest quantity. Love continues to grow and is endless.
Love is going to require some self sacrifice, make sure you are emotional available to accept that before entering a relationship.

Self-love is the gateway to a healthier life.

The illusion of death is that it is "one and done". Try viewing it as the start of a nontraditional relationship.
"Life after the death of a loved one doesn't get easier, it gets more familiar."
It will take years of creating new experiences without the loved one that has passed away. Embrace these new experiences and create new memories with the ones still around you.
The 5 gifts that death brings us are not meant to be benchmarks of healthy grieving. They are just coping tools to help you and your loved one heal in an uncomfortable time.
