Brand Values & Aligned Actions
BRAND VALUES are what’s at the core of your business. What we do, how we show up, and the decisions we make in business directly stems from those values.
They can be a compass for taking aligned action in your messaging, marketing, and in the way you map out your services.
This idea of sharing it all, all of the time can come from a lot of the free advice that’s out there — telling you to simply “be yourself” in order to be successful on social media, which comes easier to some than others.
If we can simplify focused efforts and messaging that aligns with our BRAND VALUES — we can stop adding to the ‘noise’ that our audiences really don’t need to be bombarded by when they are simply on social media to connect, zone out and relax while also giving ourselves permission to have a life OFFLINE.
Are you ready to dive deeper in creating YOUR personal brand and marketing new (or refreshed) services as you head into the new year?!

Embracing Feminine Strategies in Business
In this episode I share five specific things that have really impacted the way I operate as a business owner.
— Taking a feminine perspective on business may be the exact game changer you need to find more ease and impact.
If you’re anything like me, some of the strongest role models you have may be Men, whether those men own and operate successful business or not, odds are you’ve naturally absorbed a few of their habits and qualities in effort to be seen as strong, hardworking, and successful.
It’s likely something you may not even be aware of, but as I’ve grown as an entrepreneur and learned different theories and strategies for personal growth ..this masculine way of pursuing what I wanted truly became non-negotiable to un-learn.
& please hear me when I say, this is NOT about feminism or dogging on men at all — there’s sooo many reasons we operate differently, rightfully so. Instead, these ideas are simply softer and more holistic which is why I’m categorizing them as opportunities to take a feminine approach to business VS a more traditional, By the book, high stress, high performance, head down, work harder masculine way of doing things.
& of course there have been many things that have caused breakthroughs in my business, including working with mentors who share this vision, but there are five topics I want to specifically highlight in this episode.
1. Tracking and Planning around your cycle. 2. Considering Lifestyle Seasons 3. Utilizing Human Design 4. Surround yourself with other Women in Business 5. Acknowledge limiting beliefs.

Own your Quirks: Connection through Story
So about a month or so ago I hopped on my Instagram stories to share about a plastic straw.
It was pretty random, but led to so many ah-ha moments so I wanted to reserve a place for it here on the podcast as well.
When I originally brought it up, I also posted a question sticker for my audience to engage with by submitting their own quirks, confessions, and weirdness and in response I’d share with them how to create a story out of it related back to their area of business.
I highlight a few of these at the end of this episode as examples for you to consider!
The importance of telling you this story specifically, is that there are so many little things about us as individuals that we forget other people can relate to.
What quirk, weird trait, or confession will YOU own and connect with your audience on?

Deeper Solutions Equal More Sales
When someone comes to you with their wallet in hand, they WANT to spend money. Not frivolously necessarily but spend nonetheless - This is a privilege - think about it, it’s fun isn’t it?? We work hard and enjoy the opportunity to use our money how we want to.
This doesn’t just apply to in person sales though. If you offer a service or even have affiliate products that you represent— YOU can be the difference between ehhh and wow.
It’s a disservice to both yourself, and your potential clients to not be positioning what you have to offer in a way that can help them see it correctly.
Dive Deeper with me anytime and we can create a custom strategy for you and your offers in a 1:1 strategy intensive:

Shut Down Scarcity Mindset & Comparison Traps.
I don’t know where you, as a listener, are on your faith or spiritual journey but something that has continued to resonate with me personally and in a really heightened way most recently- is the idea of us having already lived out this life. Not in a weird reincarnation type of way - but in a way that there’s a bigger plan for each of us and we’re just physically living it out right now.
Worried you can’t take the plunge, make a shift, add a service or product to your business because someone else is already doing something similar?!
Once you start moving towards something, you will start to experience and be almost bombarded by things related to that. We can get woo-woo here and call that the law of attraction if you’re down for that but it shouldn’t discount your decisions. Let's chat about it!

The Mirror on Mile 7
I felt really called to hop on here this morning to record. I’m sure it has something to do with receiving such positive affirmations after launching but also - because I think there’s a large portion of listeners that can really relate to the mindset portion and I want to pour into that.
So, in this episode I share my experience of taking a weird step into more personal growth after listening to a podcast episode of Marie Forleo's where she interviews Mel Robins about her High Five Habit.
Did I tear up a little bit? Yep. Did I share it anyway? Absolutely - that's what I'm here to do.
I hope this one hits home for you.
If you want to dive deeper into this concept, you can simply google "Mel Robins High Five Habit" and/or listen to the Podcast Episode that I refer to through out this conversation here:

Take the ICK Off Of Showing Up
In this episode I’m going to touch on four common things that we often struggle with when deciding to show up on social media and offer some quick solutions to start conquering those issues!
This one is especially for you if — If “what other people think” is holding you back.
Do any of these statements sound relatable??
- You are constantly juggling excitement & overwhelm with the amount of business ideas, dreams, and to-do’s running through your head
- Being consistent seems impossible so why bother starting? - You KNOW that Instagram is packed with potential for your business to flourish... you’ve seen it work for other people and even support them yourself - but an icky, salesy vibe creeps in when you’re in such a rush to just post SOMETHING about your business makes it all feel like a giant waste of time.
Listen, It has never been more possible than right now, to create in impact and income online. But fear can hold us back from some really amazing things.
If you’re ready to gain clarity on your virtual presence, shift your mindset, and book clients who already know and trust you - Let me equip you with the strategy YOU need to show up on social media and promote your personal brand in an intentional way!

Permission to Pursue the AND
In this first episode I’m going to give you quick background on my brand - both the visuals and my why, in hopes of encouraging you to dive deep into YOURS while opening a bit of a can of worms with motherhood.
If you’ve been around on my social accounts or followed any part of my journey, you might have noticed a little re-brand just before this podcast launched.
There has always been one constant at the core of my brand : the AND. (Literally and figuratively)
I truly feel lit up helping other women embrace the AND in their lives.
I don’t believe we’re meant to ignore the passions that we have simply because we’ve had babies — It is amazing to sit in the season where you’ll all consumed by motherhood and I do believe that’s necessary, (you have to listen to your gut on that, pray on it even) and when the time comes — its really amazing to start recognizing yourself again too.
I just think its time to normalize the & —
To remove the guilt. To show up for ourselves and in turn make an even bigger impact on our families.
If you’re ready to start using social media in a way that doesn’t feel like a waste of time you’re going to want to grab a spot in this mini course I've been creating for the past 6 months — Here's the link:

The Trailer
Welcome to Personal to Profitable. A little intro here for ya, before tuning into more official episodes.
Hey!! I’m Rhannon, Personal Brand Mentor and Photographer.
Before quitting my career of six years, I was deep in the digital marketing world. Running email campaigns, designing the messaging, managing social media, doing product photography & more...
As my lifestyle began to change (hey kiddos) my desire for that stress that I once thrived off of changed. While trying to slow down, I found myself still craving the use of my knowledge and skills so I dove into my small business, Paper & Pleather, head first. We will chat through that throughout the lifetime of this podcast while also hearing from multiple personal brands I’ve have the opportunity to work with.
I truly believe you can honor motherhood and create space for that while also pursuing that “and” that’s on your heart — Whether you’re building a business (#same) or simply trying not to lose sight of your dreams while in the thick of motherhood, I genuinely look forward to honoring those conversations here.
