Episode 3: Love is To Share
In light of Valentine’s Day, we invited singer-songwriter 🎶 Alexandra Teh whose songs “Indecisive” and “Time Machine” gathered over 50k plays on Spotify. She shared the inspirations behind her love songs and her perspective on love. Beware though, we’re no love experts!

Starring mental health advocate Elsa Sharon, we discussed the importance of mental health awareness. Her journey as an advocate and her experiences in the non-profit organization Ubah Stigma, made this episode super fun and educational. From Elsa’s background, the prevalent stigma around mental health, to its hopefully brighter future, we talked through it all!
