The one where Rosie O'Donnell and Dan Aykroyed  are cops who go undercover at a BDSM Sex Island. Yea, that one! It's so bad. Two movies in one and neither movie is good. This week the crew gets down and dirty and goes on adventure with the 2015 fantasy flick, Seventh Son. The movie where Julianne Moore plays the queen of evil witches, who escapes the pit she was imprisoned in by professional monster hunter, Jeff Bridges, decades ago. He must hunt her down and destroy her before she turns the world into darkness. He recruits young Tom, the seventh son of the seventh son, to help him. Yea.... it's one of those. Fun special effects, decent plot and interesting characters, but was a huge flop. Sometimes it can't be helped. But please download and enjoy!!

So this weekend Batman v Superman finally opens after two years in the making. If you go and find yourself disappointed for whatever reasons at least you can come home and watch this 1998 direct to video movie: The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest, the first meeting of The Dark Knight and The Man of Steel in the animated world, and I'm sure it's still a better watch than the movie you saw this weekend. It's Halloween!!! Whoo-hoo!! Come, sorrow; we welcome thee. Let us join in grief, rejoice in despair, and honor the fortunate dead on this Halloween night! The guys go and get their haunted house on by watching the 1999 flick, House on Haunted Hill. The crazy remake of the 1959 William Castle film where strangers agree to stay in a haunted house for one night for a cash prize. Will they survive the night? Guess you'll have to download and listen in to find out!

As the guys still continue down the Halloween theme road, this week they watched one of the all time funnest and best movies ever made: Mel Brooks' 1974 masterpiece: Young Frankenstein! The classic flick where Gene Wilder is the great-grandson of the original creator of the Monster, who travels to Transylvania and thus the best comedy movie ever begins. Yup, you're reading that right. The guys watched one of the direct-to-DVD Scorpion King flicks. There's a reason these don't go to theaters, and now the guys know why. They "enjoyed" The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption, the third out of four movies all involving the story of our lost hero, The Scorpion King. This time he goes up against the guy that played Jango Fett, Ron Perlman and Billy Zane. Yea, it's a strange flick with no plot of tone. So please download and try to understand this movie with us.

Well we finally made it. The guys at Movie Issues HQ have reached their 200th episode! And with that they decided to watch one of Hollywood biggest flops ever. The infamous Xanadu. Yup, that one. Where Olivia Newton-John is a Muse from Greek mythology, who wears leg warmers and roller skates, like one would. She decides to help Sonny, an artist, look for his dream, while looking they come across Hollywood legend and icon, Gene Kelly, also looking for a dream? Well thus starts a musical, coke-filled fever dream of images and scenes that make no sense whatsoever. It really is everything you've heard it is. So please tune in for our 200 episode and we try to figure out Xanadu.

This week the guys go back to school with Robert Rodríguez's 1998s sci-fi horror flick, The Faculty. The teenage version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers mixed with some of The Thing. What we get is a rather fun creature feature with tons and tons of actors who have gone on to become huge stars. Over all a pretty fun flick. The guys also talk Star Wars and more dumping on WB and their "plan" for DC Comic films. Just another average week.

Feeling the need to go to the beach before the summer ends, the guys decided to wacthed the 2000s cult indie flick, Psycho Beach Party. A spoof of 1960's Beach Party/Gidget surfing movies mixed with slasher horror films. Poor Florence Forrest, a not-so-innocent girl in 1960's Malibu, who suffers from dissociative identity disorder and occasionally her alter ego Ann Bowman, a sexually aggressive, foul-mouthed-speaking girl, comes out in which during that time several beach goers are found murdered. Who could have done it? Is it Ann? Florence? Her mother? The beach gang? The movie star or the exchange student? WHO! This week the guys spend the weekend in LA hanging out with friends; good food, good drinks and then one hell of a bad movie! They watched Monkeybone. One of the worst movies ever made. Brendan Fraser is a cartoonist who is put into a coma, but when he makes a deal with Death to return to the living world, his imaginary character, Monkeybone, steals his body and makes his life a living hell. Fraser must then do everything he can to stop Monkeybone, save his fiancé and save the world too. It's all kinds of drama that acts like a cross between Beetlejuice and Roger Rabbit, but not any of the good parts. So please download and enjoy this crazy flick with us.

When Leland is away, the Spooky will play!  This week as Leland is out of town Spooky sits in the captain's chair to watch 1989's craptacular Teen Witch with his own witchy woman.  Along with this magical version of Teen Wolf without the basketball, Spooky and his Spookette talk about the announcement of Star Wars VIII and the the first spin-off film Rogue Squardron.  In addition to more films from a galaxy far far away Disney announced that Frozen 2 is confirmed and coming to theaters sometime in the near future.

He's a laugh-too-loud comedy star who makes fun of everyone. It's a really good funky time. Also they guys break down the Oscars and say goodbye to Mr. Spock. This week Leland is once again in LA and gathered two of his best buddies to watch one of the worst movies ever made. 2004s The Stepford Wives. Frank Oz directs Nicole Kidman, Matthew Broderick, Bette Midler, Christopher Walken and Glenn Close in a remake of the 70s horror flick. This remake has no idea what it's trying to be. A horror movie, a comedy or a combo of both. It's literally two movie smashed together into one bad one. Please download and listen to find out how.
