Pressure comes in many different forms for different people - but don’t take our word for it! After our episode last week on pressure, join us in welcoming our first guest of the podcast - Mulan Zhu! Together, we’ll delve into her unique experiences with pressures and dealing with them as a creative, bioengineering researcher, and out-of-state college student. Let’s continue this open narrative about understanding and embracing pressures we face in our daily lives - no pressure, though.

Pressure is inevitable - we deal with different types of pressure every day. Sometimes, it can be beneficial - sometimes, it can be detrimental. What types of pressure do we face as young adults, and how do these pressures affect us? We'll share some of our biggest pressures and dig deeper into how pressure changes in different contexts as we dwell on how pressure affects us all.

Consistency is something everyone can work on (ourselves included). In these unpredictable times, it can be increasingly hard to prioritize things and create a routine. Join us on as we discuss what consistency and prioritization mean to us!

In a time where you can easily tag your friends in a meme on Subtle Asian Traits, it’s safe to say that the Asian American experience is becoming more and more highlighted. However, every person has their own stories, and we’re no exceptions! Join us as we talk about why we’ve been busy for the past 2 months, what kind of experiences we’ve had growing up as Asian Americans, and why our heritage is so important to our identities.
