This year has been a very difficult one for some. Trust me when I say, I over stand how you may feel. The range of emotions have gone from anger and sadness, to fear and doubt and maybe even confusion. As hard as it may be at times, we have to find balance in our lives and take time out for ourselves in order to preserve our energy.
We all need someone in our corner when we're going through difficult times. This has been a tough week but I am so thankful that I have someone like my fiance in my life. He's been a major key and support in helping me getting through difficult situations. The mental, emotional and spiritual support he has given definitely helped me overcome.
Grief is a difficult and painful emotion that's a natural part of life. And while it is important that you allow yourself the full experience of grief, using guided meditation can help you through a difficult time.
