Ep: 27 - How skipping school impacted my relationship with my business and money

Do you struggle with pricing yourself?

Ep: 26 - "I'm not Racist" - Prove it.
This episode is a hard episode. Not many will listen to it. In fact, I bet you that this episode will get the LEAST amount of views. Because nobody wants to talk about this subject. Nobody wants to admit that they ARE racist. You may not be overtly racist, using the N-word, but you may have implicit bias. And here's the thing... you weren't born racist. I wasn't born racist. It's learned. And if we can learn it, we can UNLEARN it. This is an opportunity for you to step outside of your comfort zone and examine your life and change it. Becuase if you don't change it, you could unintentionally pass these biases onto your children. You could unintentionally show bias at work, or in your business. If we want to be on the right side of change, we have to do the work. I implore you.
As I mentioned, I would share with you some resources to help you with this journey.

Energy Suckers, Energy Vampires, whatever you like to call them, they are walking all around us. Meredith Brooks tells us in her song bitch “I’m a bitch, I’m a lover, I’m a child, I’m a mother…”
If you call a dude a bitch in prison, shit’s about to go DOWN. It’s the biggest insult you can throw at a man.
Do you fear being called a bitch?
Are you a bitch?
What does being a ‘bitch’ actually mean anymore?
Let’s dive into some history of the word, shall we? I did some research about the word BITCH and found some really great exerpts from an article from the guardian published in 2007! Here's the entire article: https://www.theguardian.com/books/2007/jan/26/gender.society

Episode 3: Self Sabotage and Perfectionism... which one is invited to your slumber party?
Self Sabotage and Perfectionism, 2 inner mean girls that live inside our heads. One of them is invited to our party, and one isn't.
How does self sabotage and perfectionism show up in your life, your business, your job, your relationships?
Once you can become aware of it, the source, the fear, and can trace it back to an 'event', you can then become aware of it, and make shifts when it shows up.
I do not recommend tracing it back alone, find support through counseling, therapy, coaching, etc. if you need help finding a resource, please reach out to me, I am happy to help navigate this with you. Hello@elaineturso.com
