Culture 006: Christina Solis - Vulnerability Is A Superpower
Christina created videos LIVE talking about where she was at in her journey and what it was like to have life blow up and share that with everyone. Honesty is a superpower, and Christina embodies that perfectly. Watching and listening to this woman navigate hardship and using the public eye to hold herself accountable and take action. This episode truly left me in awe, it's one thing to deal with life. But it is entirely another CHOOSING to let everyone watch you as you navigate the uncertainties we all encounter.
Honesty and rawness embodied.

Truth Talks 003: Kelly Suan & Jenna Aguon - Toxic Masculinity, Culture, Body Image, Mental Health & More
This episode came out of nowhere. It is so beautiful what can happen between like-minded individuals that just sit down to chat about life. This episode is FULL of real things from all walks of life as three very different people, from very different backgrounds talk about their journey. Conversation is had in a raw and real way, body image, struggles with mental health, masculinity, relationships, entrepreneurship, self-doubt, motivation, all the things.

"JUST KEEP GOING, KEEP PUSHING."
Words from an 18 year student-graduate of mine, this episode is the FIRST TIME I was able to sit with a student and talk to them about their life. I would love to keep this going, please let me know what you think of this. These stories are the most important thing for us to hear, for them to heal, for us to understand, and for us to learn WHAT WE CAN DO. Thank you so much
