Christina created videos LIVE talking about where she was at in her journey and what it was like to have life blow up and share that with everyone. Honesty is a superpower, and Christina embodies that perfectly. Watching and listening to this woman navigate hardship and using the public eye to hold herself accountable and take action. This episode truly left me in awe, it's one thing to deal with life. But it is entirely another CHOOSING to let everyone watch you as you navigate the uncertainties we all encounter.

This episode came out of nowhere. It is so beautiful what can happen between like-minded individuals that just sit down to chat about life. This episode is FULL of real things from all walks of life as three very different people, from very different backgrounds talk about their journey. Conversation is had in a raw and real way, body image, struggles with mental health, masculinity, relationships, entrepreneurship, self-doubt, motivation, all the things.
