'Worrying' is an automated state of the mind. but not a desirable one. Incessant worrying leads to physical and mental ailments at a slow pace. It is a toxic place to be in this state of mind. If you have not loved your self, you are yet to love others. Being in self love is the most soulful way to be. It is about being in the consciousness of how you think and what you think about yourself and others. A person who has understood self love can never cause pain to self and others

Cause for Emotional pain
The underlying truth about emotional cause is related to both internal and external factors. The past experiences of any human contributes to his/her mental health. The emotional quotient is defined based on the conditioning of mind, again related to the past experiences. The other truth which results in emotional pain is falsified expectations.So, the way to get rid of the emotional pains is by conscience working on the mind, which I will talk about in the subsequent episodes.

Prescription for Mental Pain
Just like we experience physical pain, we experience mental pain too. Mental pain can be sensed through emotional upheavals These can be quite difficult to get over, unlike physical pains. These are emotional bruises, resulting from a deeply impacted incidence, instance or episode in life. It could be attributing to break ups, loss of loved ones, loss of materialistic possession, being cheated, victimized to manipulation, or even non acceptance from society or family or friends.
Mental pains if not healed for a long time, can take form of depression, anxiety or even phobia and in severe cases schizophrenia, It is important to take the experiences of emotional pain seriously. At the level of one;s reach, while a person can handle these consciously and independently, some strategies can be followed, which helps in healing the mind.
The prescription for mental pain is not to do with medications, but with working on the mind through some of the steps as mentioned in this episode.

Through Innerinsight, I (PREETI JAIN) am on a Mission to help people across the globe to heal their inner core by mind consciousness and spiritual practice, thus empowering them to live a mentally healthy, powerful and happy life.
Innerinsight is rooted out of my own life experience
In 2012, I was fighting depression, fear and anxiety. I lost myself to my mind and negativity inside me. Lost my career, loved ones, family was disturbed, kids were traumatized. I attempted suicide thrice during this phase. I was being pulled by something very dark and negative inside me, which kept controlling me. Basically it was my own weak mind.
This became the call for my action as I wanted to liberate from it. Hence took steps to heal my mind through therapies and Spiritual practice. I worked on myself for nearly 2 years and finally liberated. There was an awakening in me, which was the biggest transformation and life changed complete 360*
The journey of awakening has given me many insights, which I share on my Facebook page, Instagram, Youtube channel and now through the Podcast channel.
