In this episode, I interview the wonderful Stephanie Gobraiel from Virtual Associate Services. Steph shares her story of transitioning from an Executive Assistant in a large corporation to starting her own virtual business as an Online Business Manager. It's so important to recognise that it is a shift when you start your own business. In this episode, I talk about how simple business planning can help you build your successful business. I run through my 6 STEPS to get into the habit of planning for your small business and get in control of that wish list.
