Is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) Sabotaging Your Career or Business?
For me, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) has been the most challenging and debilitating part of managing my ADHD. This is when you experience an intense physiological reaction and emotional spiral after receiving perceived rejection or criticism. In this episode, I talk about some of the ways this has manifested in my career and prevented me from making consistent progress in my business (in the past). I also share my top 3 tips for managing RSD, so you can stop letting your emotions run the show and get back in the driver's seat of your own career.

How To Study And Succeed With ADHD: My Top 5 Favourite Tools
Studying — and actually succeeding — with ADHD is no easy feat. That's something I learned the hard way, when I did my entire first university degree (Journalism) and 3/4 of my second one (Psychology) unmedicated! However, the upside of that was: I was forced to find productivity and study aid tools that helped me push through the procrastination and distraction, and get stuff done. In this podcast, I share my top 5 tools for studying with ADHD (note: many of these tools, I use for getting work done in general — so definitely still check it out even if you're not studying!) I also share some of my personal journey of studying, including what it's like to do a Graduate Diploma of Psychology as a mature-aged student. Note: None of these tools are sponsored, these are just things that have genuinely helped me and I wanted to share! I hope you enjoy these study hacks for people with ADHD.

Overcoming Creative Perfectionism And Writer's Block
Welcome to the Action Taker series! In this 4-part series, we're going to cover how you can get out of your own head and planning mode, and into aligned, imperfect, and consistent action in every area of your life — from your work and business to your wealth, health and relationships.
Kicking us off with this bite-sized episode, we're covering an area where many people struggle with perfectionism, procrastination, and overwhelm — and that's creativity.
As a writer by trade, this is a topic that's very close to my heart! I believe that you don't have to identify as a 'creative' to use your voice. Whether you're a business owner, employee, parent or student, your words are one of the most powerful tools you have, as it can open you up for new opportunities. That said, so many of us can get so stuck in wanting to make every word seem 'perfect.'
But in this episode, I'm sharing three of my top strategies for overcoming creative perfectionism, breaking through writer’s block and getting that content out into the world. Those words will be flowing effortlessly onto the page before you know it!

Like most people, 2020 has been a tumultuous year for me — both personally and professionally (and, of course, on a worldwide scale) Through all the ups and downs, it's taught me a lot about myself and the world around me. In this solo episode, I share 20 lessons this crazy year has taught me. I hope in sharing these, you'll be able to apply some of them to your own life, too — or even just reflect on the lessons you've learned this year. It's also my last episode for 2020, so thank you for an amazing year and I'll see you in 2021!
Here are the 20 lessons, if you'd like to revisit them:

5. The best type of pants are stretchy pants!
6. It's never too late or early to change your path
7. I am not my thoughts
8. You never know who's watching what you're doing - so keep going!
9. It's okay to cry, but it MAY give you a headache
10. Mindset matters in business
11. New Girl is actually a hilarious show
12. Boundaries are a 2-way street
13. We are co-creating every interaction
14. Just like all dogs are cute, all humans are beautiful
15. Everyone's experience of the world is different
16. Saying 'no' makes space for the 'hell yeses'
17. Accountability is everything when it comes to sticking to habits
18. You can't get too attached to the outcome of goals
19. Criticism is a natural part of creating
20. Everyone has to start somewhere

Why You Need To Do Hard Things For An Easy Life
Procrastinator to Action Taker -> procrastinatortoactiontaker.showit.site/
In this solo episode, I give you a pep talk on why in order to live a life of freedom, comfort and ease — you need to first face some discomfort. Inspired by a TikTok by motivational speaker Jay Alderton, this is the idea that doing hard things leads to an easy life...while doing easy things leads to (you guessed it!) a hard life. And because I know nobody actually *enjoys* doing uncomfortable things, I've also included 3 practical tips for incorporating this into your life in a relatively pain-free way.

Is Multitasking Really The Enemy?
Procrastinator to Action Taker -> procrastinatortoactiontaker.showit.site/
Multitasking gets a bad rap and honestly, it's not hard to see why! It splits our focus, keeps us distracted and makes it impossible to get into a state of flow (the holy grail of productivity!) But, is multitasking always the bad guy, or can it actually be helpful when it comes to getting certain tasks done? In this solo episode, I make the case for multitasking to fit more into your day. Plus, when it's wise to multitask, and when you should stick to monotasking instead. Note: This is an episode from the archives, from back when the podcast was the A Day In Progress podcast. So, if I reference A Day In Progress, that's why! Is Perfectionism Causing Your Procrastination Habit?
Procrastinator to Action Taker -> procrastinatortoactiontaker.showit.site/
In this solo ep, I'm delving into the link between perfectionism and procrastination. Because, while many people believe that procrastination is caused by just 'being lazy' it's often actually a coping mechanism to resist fear — whether that's fear of discomfort, fear of failure or fear of making a mistake. It's for this reason perfectionists can be biggest procrastinators at all! Tune in for the 4 biggest signs that perfectionism is the hidden saboteur behind your procrastination habit.

A Day In Progress with...The Well Store founder, Mariana Boulos
Mariana Boulos is the founder of The Well Store, an online boutique filled with products that are good for you and good for the planet. She also owns a store of the same name in the leafy Sydney suburb of Balmain. Her mission for creating a healthier lifestyle started in 2008, when both of her parents were sadly diagnosed with a terminal illness. In today’s podcast, I chat to Mariana about how she makes taking care of herself a priority in her daily routine, how she balances being a mum-of-3 boys with her busy business, how she carves out time for herself in the morning and so much more.

MARIANA'S RECOMMENDATIONS
A Day In Progress with...The Memo Founders, Phoebe Simmonds and Kate Casey
This is a very exciting episode, because it's the first time chatting to not one but TWO amazing ladies at once. Phoebe Simmonds and Kate Casey are the co-founders of the Memo, a curated edit of the trusted baby brands removing some of the overwhelm for new mums. Phoebe is also the founder of The Blow, a gorgeous blow-dry salon and community and Melbourne and Kate is a mum of two. I loved chatting the ladies about how they balance their growing business with their respective babies, their very different morning routines, why they’re all about celebrating a win each and every day and more. Plus, podcast addict Phoebe shares her top recommendations!
