Key topics Jono discusses on the podcast: 🇦🇺 Firstly, what was the main focus was on the recent Bath PC Training Camp in Australia. 💪 Training against Kaylee McKeown, in addition to his hardest set while down under. 🏁 Why he hasn't had many in-season swims, and then why his confidence comes from a complete training block instead. ⭐ Where did his personal best swim at LEN U23's come from (53.45), and more importantly what tactics he will use to replicate and improve upon it. 🧑🍳 How understanding skinfolds and his nutritional input out of the pool has led to improved performances in the pool. 🇬🇧 Lastly, why it's important he's focusing on his own swim and not those of swimmers around him, like the ever-impressive Ollie Morgan.
