How to make friends as adults
In this week's episode, Dr. Jeff Ditzell dives into all things friendship. In a previous episode, Growing Pains, we recently spoke about how you can outgrow your circle and it's ok to take a bit of a step back from people if needed, this episode is all about building those friendships, finding your tribe, and how keeping things consistent can be crucial building blocks into building a friendship/relationship! Dr. Ditzell really dives into what the keys to any good relationship are and even some pointers for people who are in "couples therapy" actions speak louder than words, so it's important to really dive in and take a closer look at those in your inner circle to make sure that they are still worthy of your trust.
