Living with Covid-19 in Italy
In today's episode we talk to an old friend Nikol Toteva.
Nikol and I grew up in Milledgeville for the most part, but now she lives in Italy and had corona virus for over two weeks, so we really get into what that was like.
No politics or anything like that in this, I just wanted to give a first hand prospective of how this is actually affecting people, and Nikol certainly provided that for us.
Thanks again for listening. Like and subscribe and all that jazz.
Education with Erin
The last episode this week, we talk with friend of the pod Erin Joyner about what it is like to be an educator during the quar, but we also get into mental health in general, problems with corporate America, and of course the NBA.
Essential working with Nate
In today's episode we talking with friend of the pod Nate Johnson about being a different kind of essential worker right now.
Definitely more of a light hearted episode, but still fun conversation nonetheless about what his job is like right now, conspiracy theories, NFL uniforms, and being a military brat.
Covid and small communities
Talked with Phillip Joiner in this episode.
He has lived and worked in Milledgeville, Georgia for most of his life, and has worked in local government, radio, and property management so he can speak with some authority on all of these things.
A very enlightening and interesting conversation, so take a listen!
SweatPack, small business, gainz from home
Hey guys on this week’s episode we have Umama Kibria and Marvin Guelce who started a new company called SweatPack, so we talk a lot about that, what they're doing to stay fit during the 'tine, other things they're doing outside of working out, and everything in between.
I'm also going to start drinking a bottle of wine throughout each ep so if it sounds like I'm getting drunker towards the end of each recording, it is because I am!
The Triumphant Return
I'm not creative with titles. Here is what we talked about:
- Controversial fast food opinions
- Farts and poops
- Tiger king
- Live streaming trivia
- Cereal
Here are some links to various GoFundMe campaigns for a few of the places we talked about in this episode
The Three Fs with Patrick Schweigert
Chatted with Patrick about football and the Fast and Furious franchise with a special guest appearance by the president of our company.
Check it out!
L.O.V.E. Culture
Yall, in this week's episode, I did my first ever interview, and it was so dope. L.O.V.E. Culture is this super awesome collective of artists out of Jacksonville, and they are trying to put Duval on the map.
Great fun, great energy, plus they'll be in Atlanta next weekend, so listen to this episode and come check them out.
White Claw Power Rankings
Hey fam,
Guest this week, just viewer submitted questions and shit. Shorter easier listen so I hope you enjoy!
Falcons, Bulldogs, and Game of Thrones!
Hey friends,
In tonight's episode Thomas and I talk about Bulldogs and Falcons football, Game of Thrones, and how it was way too hot at early season college games.
Let me know what you think!
Mental health is health
In this episode Tess and I shift a little bit into some heavier stuff, so it made sense to break the two episodes up, plus it just makes for an easier listen.
We delve into therapy, volunteering, privilege, and LGBTQ issues and how it relates to religion. Hope you enjoy it!
Used book stores and sparkling water!
In the first episode with Tess, we catch up a little bit, talk about what it is like to workin in a place like a used book store, King of the Hill and Bob's Burgers, and moving back in with your parents.
Great time catching up with Tess, and I hope you enjoy it!
The longest (and best) episode!
Ryan Lamoree and I get into the Braves being good, the Vols being bad, and Hawaii being the best team in the Pac 12.
Seriously a great ep, an old friend and I catching up and just talking about bull shit. Give it a listen fam.
The SEC is bad!
In today's episode, special guest Adam Greene and I talk about how bad the SEC is, Memphis being the best team in the state of Tennessee, and a little bit of NFL.
It's the first one!
Week 1!
We (myself and the dogs) talk about week 0, Feleipe Franks being okay, and that's just okay.
We also talk about the full SEC schedule, and my locks for the week.
