Episode 17 - Finding and online coach and taking food
In this episode, I chat a bit about how to find yourself an online coach and making sure that you're choosing someone that is right for you. I also chat at the end about tracking food and its importance, particularly if you're trying to loose or gain weight. I also have a couple of tips for MyFitnessPal.
As harvest begins to ramp up on the farm and things get busy as the end of the year rolls around, this will be the final episode for 2021 before taking a break and returning in 2022.
Episode 16 - Preparing for a Photoshoot
I've been a portrait photographer for around ten years now and have specialised in both newborn and boudoir photography (babies and babes!) While I'm taking a break from the photography industry right now, It'll always be a passion of mine. You don't have to book a boudoir shoot (which is intimate or lingerie portrait photography), but perhaps you're just after a portrait session or even a fitness session.
It is so empowering! You'll start seeing yourself in a whole new way. You could book a shoot to celebrate a milestone like a birthday or anniversary, to celebrate reaching a certain goal, or just because you're freaking awesome and want to celebrate yourself!

I used to really struggle with sleep. I would be so tired, yet when it came to hopping into bed, I would lay there in the dark, wide awake and my mind racing at a million miles and hour. When I did finally nod off, my sleep was disrupted and I would toss and turn.
I have spent a lot of time reading about sleep habits and ways to improv sleep, so I wanted to share these tips with you.
