Episode 16 - Preparing for a Photoshoot

Episode 16 - Preparing for a Photoshoot

Have you ever considered getting a photoshoot done? I don't mean the family photoshoot where you drag the kids along and your hubby rolls his eyes - I'm talking about a special photoshoot just for you, where you get your hair and makeup done and be treated like a million bucks for the day.
I've been a portrait photographer for around ten years now and have specialised in both newborn and boudoir photography (babies and babes!) While I'm taking a break from the photography industry right now, It'll always be a passion of mine. You don't have to book a boudoir shoot (which is intimate or lingerie portrait photography), but perhaps you're just after a portrait session or even a fitness session.
It is so empowering! You'll start seeing yourself in a whole new way. You could book a shoot to celebrate a milestone like a birthday or anniversary, to celebrate reaching a certain goal, or just because you're freaking awesome and want to celebrate yourself!

Episode 2 - Sleep

I delve into some of the tips, tricks and strategies you can use to sleep better, then discuss my own sleep routine.

I used to really struggle with sleep.  I would be so tired, yet when it came to hopping into bed, I would lay there in the dark, wide awake and my mind racing at a million miles and hour.  When I did finally nod off, my sleep was disrupted and I would toss and turn.

I have spent a lot of time reading about sleep habits and ways to improv sleep, so I wanted to share these tips with you.
