What helps? Keeping in touch with friends, using FaceTime and Zoom to stay connected. Keeping a clean and organized space gets your head right and clear. Building structure into your day keeps you on track, adds necessary discipline to break up the monotony.

Listen to hear what other obstacles we faced and how we overcame them.
