Stay in the now
This episode speaks about staying in the now and it encourages listeners to stay in the moment. When we stay in the moment we allow ourselves to be aware of how we feel and our emotional state. It gives us an opportunity to get closer to our higher selves..our self that is most positive or self that makes the best decisions. Staying in the now allows us to overcome anxiety, fear, doubt and making bad decisions.
