J Steed, the seasoned veteran in the audio space and hosts Rat Pack Media, which can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and many other platforms. This chat was supposed to be about the art of podcasting, but it quickly turned into a talk about the everlasting struggle of working with others to execute a vision, creative differences and trying to lead a team that may not be as motivated. There's some drama, some shade thrown at big names in hip hop, but at the end of it all, simply the story of a dream and what it takes to start it and keep it alive.
