Chris Kendall is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Raw Food Lifestyle Coach, Raw Food Chef, Yoga Teacher, and Skateboarder. Born in 1980 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, he has been a lifelong athlete, pushing himself from an early age as a skateboarder.
During his mid to late teens, a period of poor lifestyle and food choices led to early injuries, poor recovery, and a noticeable decline in vitality. These challenges sparked his deep interest in nutrition and its connection to fitness by the age of 18.
While studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2003-2004, Chris encountered long-term raw foodist Dr. Douglas Graham at a vegan health festival—a pivotal moment that led him to adopt a 100% raw food lifestyle overnight. This decision transformed his life, perspective, and purpose, shaping his path as a passionate advocate for holistic health and raw living.
Today, Chris is a bliss-centered raw vegan athlete, yogi, and amateur skateboarder, dedicated to helping others thrive through nutrition, movement, and mindful living.
