Yes. It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded my podcast and with a great reason behind it too. Burning out is real, as real as it gets yo. But this time, I’m walking out from it and growing to be better. Thank you for still supporting me and walking in this journey. Hope you are blessed!

We live in a current hip Christian generation that doesn’t seem to take seriously on mental health, and also depression talks. We’re not pros in this area, but I have a good perspective of 2 wonderful friends to share some ideas and also Biblical values as we talk about mental health raw-ly.

I’m back for another season of #rawtalkwithIvanOng and we start of by addressing this issue of sex / lust / desires, distorting what love means and how we look at God’s love for us.

How can being idle become and idol in our lives? Is it sinful to be idle? Are you idling? Will it be a good example?

What is there is to know about holiness? Is it a set of rules? How do we as humans be holy and perfect? Is that something we should religiously do? Come and hear what I find out in my journey to pursue holiness in God.

Words are important. It heals, it hurts. It builds, yet destroys. It brings life, yet it can curse you to death. So, what am I talking about actually? Check it out!
