In 2014 following two years of psychotic depression, Angela decided to set up a Recovery College in her home town of Newbury West Berkshire. In this episode Angela talks to Nick who has also experienced significant mental health issues and now works with Angela and her team as a Peer Trainer and supporter at Recovery in Mind. Listen to their inspiring stories about moving forward and getting back into life after mental health challenges.
