The spiritual awakening process can feel challenging, lonely, uncertain, and exciting all at the same time. We are going through an awakening as a society right now. In this episode Javi and I share our experiences of the awakening process and how we navigated it!

It’s common to strive for achievement! The next job, the new pay raise, the next relationship, and more more more. We see achievement as means to end. We sacrifice the present moment for one day when we will have more freedom, more peace, more ease. We do this all with out being grateful for the moment. We fail to realize that being present actually will bring more freedom and fulfillment to each action that we take. There is no ending, it’s only a series of new beginnings in the present moment. When we bring our full mind, heart, body and soul then we are more effective people 🙏

In this episode, we dive into how intentionally creating the lifestyle that you want will require you to go to places where you least want to go. Failure is feedback. Failure leads to growth.
