Shalome in the Home

No one dies alone. 

A story of a prayer that was answered, almost 100 years to the day my Great Uncle died. 

This is one of the statements of faith by The United Church of Canada (1968,rev. 1980,1995) said in many churches every Sunday around the world. May it bring comfort and affirmation to us now. 

A reading from Matthew 5, Jesus Sermon on the Mount and also some beatitudes of my own writing for these days. 

May these Scriptures be fulfilled in our hearing. 

I spent a week, alone, in the desert. And this is what I learned. 

Here is a tale of Andrew, the Wee Fishy, later named Lazarus, who is the centre of a very important life lesson. Whilst all stories and true and some may have not happened, this story did indeed happen in November of 2012. May you have a glimmer of inspiritation and be entertained by a big mistake I made.
