#22 Leading Through Racism - Joe Couch

#22 Leading Through Racism - Joe Couch

Racism is not a political issue or an American issue, it is a human issue. In this episode, Joe Couch talks us through this difficult topic as it pertains to leadership in a deeply thoughtful & truthful way. He talks through the root cause of racism, tells stories of historical leaders who have effectively lead through racism & dives into some practical application of where to go from here. God is central to this conversation because there is no hope for redemption apart living in right relationship with our Creator God & living in the ways He intended us to live. Treating people as God intended leads to freedom & life for ALL people.

#21 Ryan Hewitt & Joe Couch - Leadership & Sexuality Pt. 3

This is episode 3 of Ryan Hewitt's discussion on leadership & sexuality. In this final episode he addresses the question, "what do we do with all of this information?". Ultimately, the current state of sexuality in culture today has little to do with sexuality & everything to do with identity. We must be able to answer the question, "who are we?" in order to make sense of sexuality today. Ryan gives us some incredible insights & in the end points it back to the most important component of all of this - the Gospel.
