"Though my initial introduction to rejection was seemingly unbearable, the lessons learned and the new life received and embraced as a result of my rejection experience(s), I have found myself in the greatest place that I could ever be, as Joseph in the Bible stated...the 'place of God!" - Shyra Love. journey of healing and growth recognizing The Blessings in the Rejection.
Shyra is a Spelman College Alumnae with a degree in Political Science, a Healthcare Executive, an
Ordained Minister, a Successful Investor, a Prophetic Voice in the Body of Christ, and a Motivational

Welcome, Minister Shyra Lowe!
The title of today’s message aligned with the messaging of No More Crumbs. Immediately you
recognized our audience and I’m so thankful you are here with us to help us know how valuable we are
and share your journey to give us encouragement to grow from the negatives in life.
Rejection can be defined as the act of dismissing or pushing someone aside or something.
A person may experience rejection from family, friends, peers, romantic relationships or even life
events.
A Study by the National Academy of Science says – Rejection activates the same brain pathways as if you
were experiencing physical pain.
Rejection can create surges of anger and aggression, can impact our self esteem in a negative way and
rejection can even temporarily lower our IQ.
Rejection is truly an evil intent to halt or distract us from the blessings in our life.
Such a blessing, thank you to Shyra Lowe for providing us with tangible nuggets of wisdom.

Hello! Welcome to the No More Crumbs, The Value Journey Podcast and I’m your host, Rhonda Jennifer,
Author, Servant of Christ Jesus, and Podcaster. I related to a story I found in God’s word, the bible in the
book of Matthew, chapter 15, verse 25-28, where Jesus met a woman who settled for crumbs from the
table of others. And it wasn’t until this woman met Jesus, that she was awakened to hear and learn that
she was valuable and made for so much more. From this story the Lord led me to write the No More
Crumbs book series and the books have birthed multiple resources and one is The Value Journey
Podcast.

Some points of discussion:
Make a list of gratitude
Ask yourself these questions:
1. What do I want? Make a list.
2. What will that do for me specifically?
3. How will I know when I have it?
4. What resources do I need?
5. What resources do I already have?
6. What keeps me from having this already?
1. What do I love to do? What do I love spending my time doing?
2. What are my unique talents?
3. What does the world need?
4. What I can I get paid for?
It doesn’t matter what others say. What matters is do you have a dream.
Tell me what problems you have in this present moment
Dharma your reason for being

I am very honored and thankful for The Value Journey Podcast being awarded the ‘Bullying End’s with Me Certification’, for taking a stand against bullying and supporting the iii4 me Inc. Anti-bullying movement. We thank you, Mr. Collier, Mom manager, and iii4 me Inc.!! THANK YOU!
James Edward Collier III is AN 11-year-old honor roll student and Chief Executive-Visionary Officer (CE-VO) and owner of iii4me Inc. iii4me, Inc. (pronounced three-4-me), an anti-bullying resource for kids around the world. For the last 3 years, James has used iii4me, Inc. as a way to channel the negative energy that stemmed from him being bullying at school. Working alongside his Momager, James set the foundation for his company and regained his self-esteem, and improved his behavior as well.
iii4me, Inc has such a powerful purpose with the work towards ending bullying – with three methods:
1. AWARENESS: James created his very own comic book series, The Adventures of Sunkmania Galaxy (SMG), which is SPACE CERTIFIED. Sunk mania is designed to help kids overcome bullying and to teach them what to do when faced with it.
2. OUTREACH, ADVOCACY, FUNDRAISING & COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND 10% of all iii4me, Inc. sales are donated to the anti-bullying movement. He uses this money to give back to the community by hosting community anti-bullying rallies and other events. iii4me, Inc. also gives free “Bullying Ends With Me” wristbands to kids that sign the iii4me, Inc anti-Bullying Pledge. James is nearly halfway to meeting his goal of 20,000 signed pledges, he currently has over 9,500! James has spoken to over 1,000 kids in the USA and he has reached over 10,000 kids in 5 countries: USA, Canada, Nigeria, Dubai, and Thailand.
3. EMPOWERMENT - Giftedly. Educated. Exceptional. Kids or G.E.E.K. SOCIETY is James’ clothing line. It currently offers 10 t-shirt designs that eradicate bullying through awareness, inclusion, and empowerment for kids while promoting self-confidence. G.E.E.K. Society was the first brand released under iii4me, Inc and helped James raise enough money to self-publish the first issue of SMG. During this time, James toured the US selling his t-shirts, pencils, and sunglasses at kidpreneur and community events establishing a grassroots movement.

No More Crumbs, The Value Journey Podcast - Episode 7 - The Value of Faith by Rhonda Jennifer
Faith: Each of us utilizes our faith in various aspects of our daily life. Without even realizing it.
Believing in the things we cannot see.
The trust is within us and it is evident by an inner knowing we all possess. From that inner knowing and operating from that place, we come to find the evidence.
The Bible says: Hebrews 11:1
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen.
And Hebrews 11:3
Through faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Faith is Relationship.
Faith is when we connect with our support through God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit (which is the Trinity).
Faith is the action we apply to develop a personal and intimate relationship with the Trinity.
Faith is when our dependence on God is greater than our reliance on ourselves.
Faith is a muscle. When we do not exercise or exert movement, our muscles become weak and the muscle doesn’t provide us the support to perform as it is designed.
When we keep our wishes, dreams, and desires deep within the secret recesses of our hearts and mind. Our secret faith is like the muscle that is not performing as it is designed to do.
Faith grows and becomes stronger as we action our faith. When we action our faith, Faith pleases God. As a result, God will meet us with our action and then there will be an active movement in our situations and circumstances.
I also share on how we are to release our dreams and aspirations for faith to work on our behalf. To dream audaciously without doubt and apprehension.
As we grow and develop our faith, our life will grow and enhance as well.

James blessed Rhonda Jennifer by sharing how he resonated with the No More Crumbs book series. James tells his value journey story on how he used to settle for crumbs, spiritually and emotionally. James came out of a dark place. The past experiences were due to how James perceived himself and how he previously perceived God.
The misconception of what James knew about God kept James feeling isolated, alone, and rejected. As a result, James formed a negative opinion about himself. He avoided coming to the ‘light’ in fear of never being good enough or accepted.
James learned the difference between Guilt and Shame.
‘Guilt is when you feel like you have made a mistake.’
‘Shame is when you feel you are the mistake.’
‘It was only God who got me out of the darkness’, says James.
James has accepted that through all the losses and hard times, that God had a specific and marvelous plan. From his past experiences, he can stand tall, proud, and thankful to God for never giving up on him and giving him a designated and specific calling and plan.
He would wake up with negative thoughts about himself, but now he wakes up thankful and purposefully to do God’s work within himself and to anyone he may come in contact with. James is focused and intentional in all areas of his life.
