Kelly and I basically talk about 3 out the four people that are gone and probably will be gone by end of week 10! Happy for the Cookout, but sad for some of my favorite members of the group!!! Hopefully a miracle will enter into the BB23 House!

Sarah Beth’s eviction was pretty inevitable this week. The Cookout members are already thinking about which of their alliance-mates should get ousted first so they can reach Final Six. Will it be Claire? Will it be Alyssa!? Still hard to tell, and there is a double on the way!!

Head of Household Sarah Beth had been targeting Derek X all week. It was a looming feeling for us as viewers, but I think we all still had hope. The Cookout members didn't actually want to keep Derek X around... but a flip wasn't out of the realm of possibilities. Still a good week to watch, even if it is sad.

We come back following Christian's eviction, which gave us the first true Big Brother 23 backdoor of the season. So the Cookout makes one step closer towards total victory, but after Kyland snagged Head of Household in a head-to-head knockout comp, he upsets some of his own alliance, which once again makes the group put their personal differences aside for the sake of the cause. 

Derek X has outgoing HOH Christian, in his sights! Perhaps as a backdoor for he’d be too powerful a foe in the Power of Veto competition. Britini and Sarah Beth may be pawns now... but will one of them become a target!? Listen to Kelly and Richard react to the week at hand on BB23!

We start the week with a lot of the house upset as they hoped to target someone from Christian’s team this week. Now Christian, Alyssa, Xavier, and Sarah Beth are all automatically safe. Christian will no doubt be a target next week unless someone from his team wins HOH. He already has three competition wins under his belt and is involved in a not-so-secret showmance. Kelly and Richard react to it all and will be covering week 5 soon!

Guest Host Kelly Tolley and I Talk about Brent's final days in BB23! I can't say it better that Entertainment Weekly, "Usually, straightforward weeks of Big Brother are boring. The show usually has to edit the footage in a way to create more intrigue than there actually is, trying to keep us engaged when we, and everyone in the house, already know who's going home. There's usually a lack of drama. This week is different. This week, egotistical Brent is so confident in his game that he thinks there's no way he's going home. Not only is he not worried, but he also keeps telling people that this vote will be 'the biggest blindside of all time.' Little does he know he's the one about to be blindsided, not the HOH Xavier."

Ricard and I dive into Kyland's HOH week! It has been pretty straightforward since he had a plan since the beginning, so there's been no reason to deviate from it. This week is definately Frenchie vs. the rest of the house (and the at home viewers). Frenchie as the former HOH, had a gameplay that was too erratic and intense. Good gameplay is still yet to come! What can we say more than this quote from OnlineBigBrother.com: "A solid start to a season. On one hand, Frenchie is insufferable on so many levels on the other hand he gave us plenty of crazy to have fun with. What would this week be like if Frenchie wasn’t HOH? I’ll put it this way Frenchie stayed up until 5 am every night and talked so much he lost his voice for 3 days. He had 5 different targets and made half a dozen alliances hence the nickname for the week: Frenchie the glue clown." That is precisely what this full first week was all about! Enjoy! 

Big Brother is Back Baby! The season premiered on July 7, 2021, with a live move-in aired on CBS in the US and on Global in Canada! To reset the logistics: this show chronicles a group of contestants (known as HouseGuests) living together while being constantly filmed and having no communication with the outside world as they compete to be the last HouseGuest remaining. Each week, the HouseGuests compete in challenges for power and safety before voting each other out of the house. When only two HouseGuests remain, a Jury of previously evicted Houseguests will decide which finalist will win the grand prize of $750,000 (an increase of $250,000 from past editions of the show). Other fun new twists include the Team Twist which has 4 teams competing against each other for safety!!! Ricard and I break it all down while Shannon and Anna message in their "hot" takes!!!

The week that all of us “Big Brother Canada” fans have been waiting for has finally arrived! We start with the final 4 becoming the final 3 and end it all in an exciting two-hour finale! Of course there is a retrospective on the season included with many scenes we've seen before, albeit presented in a more fun way then the US BB seasons ever show. We talk about the three-part HOH competition, beginning with a disc-stacking hover-board challenge!? It is all pretty exciting!

AFTER almost 5 days of waiting... BBCAN finally gave us some answers! It started with the much-anticipated battle between Jedson and Tera for their spot back in the game. Then the episode revealed the new Head of Household with a Wheel of Fortune type betting competition. Even after a long week, the episodes keep deciding to end in suspense, causing us to have no idea what is really going to happen!? BUT, stay tuned! Just one more week to go!?!

Shannon and I cover this week’s episodes of “Big Brother Canada” served up one epic surprise for the houseguests: a fake double eviction, which would send two houseguest facing off in a head-to-head challenge, with the loser heading to the jury while the winner returns to the game. Inexplicably we had time for a check-in with the jury members — at a luxurious wilderness cottage, no less — and some emotional conversations happened too! What a week!?

In a week where Kiefer feels completely betrayed by Jedson, Tychon, and Beth and becomes a scorned person in this game of Big Brother... What can he do!? Throw everyone’s game under the bus... Maybe. Everyone is emotional after this week’s Power of Veto Ceremony, especially Kiefer and Jedson. Richard and Shannon also have emotions!!!

Beth is the HOH and has been planning how to bring the maximum amount of chaos into the game. Jedson and Tychon are most loyal to Beth, but they also have an alliance with Spicy Vic. If Beth puts her up, the damage will be done... Will she go up and go home!? Who will go out in the Double!? Are "The Boys" Invincible!? Let's Blab about it!

This was a fascinating Big Brother Canada 9 week to watch, because we really didn't know what was going on! The Invisible HOH held all the power this week, and the other houseguests weren't sure who it was. Shannon and Richard discuss the moves and give their hot takes! Was it a good HOH run!? As Big Brother Canada 9 keeps on coming with the surprises, today we have a surprise as well! Anna is covering for Shannon this week and we couldn't be happier about that! This week sets the stage for next weeks, "Invisible HOH" and unfortunately it is the week after Kiefer held the title of the boring, normal Head of Household... sorry Kief! Austin was told she was safe... was she safe!? Will "Pantry-Gate" forever haunt Rohan and Kyle!? We get into it Tonight (early morning)!

The fights begin in Week 3! The drama of power has shifted and it leads to a really exciting week of live feeds and edited episodes! Will the Sunsetters live to see another sunset!? We are back! Julie’s eviction came after the house had decided to vote out Josh, but she kept talking too much... or something. After a confrontation with LaToya, Julie’s time was up in the game. We’ll talk about the houseguests as the compete for the first Head of Household award of the season. As per, the HOH is free from the threat of eviction, but this season the win also comes with keeping your entire team safe. We’ll also talk about the two nominees and which one is sent out of the house!!! Also, ball pits!

Welcome to our Season 3, which is BBCAN's Season 9! Following the cancellation of BBCAN 8 due to COVID-19, the future of the show was uncertain, however on July 13, 2020, Big Brother Canada was renewed for a ninth season. Arisa Cox has returned as host and also assumes the role of executive producer for this new (current) season. The season started airing with a two-night premiere on March 3–4, 2021... we cover those episodes in this podcast!

What a crazy and memorable first ever season of Big Brother Canada!? The Jury had a LOT of time to think of intelligent game related questions that can impact who they vote for. Did the questioning turn into a self-aggrandizing showcase that had nothing to do with the game..? Maybe. We have a lot to talk about to close our Season 2!

Gary is BACK!? He was chosen by Canada to re-enter the House on Day 57 following a two-week absence, but he still has to go immediately into playing the "Brick by Brick" competition. Talla was given a secret task from Marsha the Moose on Day 58. As we were promised, Dan Gheesling, who rose to fame as the winner of BBUS season 10, entered the House on Day 59 to coach the HouseGuests and host the Power of Veto competition. Dan made his departure on Day 60 after spending the night in the House... but what else happened!? We'll go into all of it on today's episode!

Shannon and Richard start where they left off, covering the results of the "Chicken Flew the Coop" competition. They discover why Andrew and Talla became the Have-Nots for the week after the "Rub a Dub Dub" competition. Who will win the "Sleep Tight with the PoV" obstacle course competition as well as $10,000 to be spent at The Brick? What is the Freeze Frame task?? The house learned of that week's Power Play twist following the eviction, which had seen the public voting all week for one of the first four jury members to return to the game!!! Who will return!? All this and more will be discovered on this weeks episode!

Following Gary's eviction, the HouseGuests competed in the "Iceberg Alley" endurance Head of Household competition. Who will win the first ever Wall Comp!? Will "The Sheyld" survive!?  Drama does happens in the "Bridge to Veto" Power of Veto competition, I think it has to do with the organization of the comp in general. Let's Blab!!!

Following Suzette's eviction, Topaz won the "Before or After" Head of Household competition. It was at that point we all learned that she only had five minutes to nominate two House Guests for eviction. This might be, "The Ultimate Betrayal." Not only this, but this week we also see the "Build a Demon" competition hosted by Jillian; this competition was sponsored by the then-upcoming film Evil Dead (2013)... and all we have to say is, "This is a movie that came out!?"

See who wins the HOH maze called, "The Great Urban Adventure" competition, earning a $10,000 prize and a video from home on top of the Head of Household title. Also, Marsha the Moose is back, so is Richard's impression! Anna sends some of her reactions to the season and Shannon and Richard have a lot of fun with this week!

Though Emmett won the "Bees Knees" Head of Household competition last we reported... there may have been some fishy shenanigans afoot. It could change the course of this whole week! Not to mention that looming double eviction to end the week!!! You won't want to miss all this!

Shannon and Richard pick up where the show left off. Tom had just won the "Popular Vote" quiz competition. A part that was mostly forgotten by the BBBBB hosts was that Alec, Aneal, Jillian, and Topaz became Have-Nots after losing the "Dem Apples" competition. So coming into this week, Kat' is GONE! Time to watch the "Lumber Jack and Jill" HOH endurance competition. Later in the week they play the "Oh Snow You Didn't!" Power of Veto competition. There are rumors of a female alliance began to form around the house, the Quattro alliance attempted to gather the votes to flip the house! Not to mention Marsha the Moose!!

The first season of Big Brother Canada began airing on the 27th February of 2013. Based on the worldwide Big Brother franchise, it saw fifteen HouseGuests competing to win the show's grand prize (which is less than it's US sister show). It is the first English adaption of the series to be held in Canada, although all seasons of the BB US have broadcast in Canada too. Arisa Cox is the show's host... it was a ten-week run, concluding on the 2nd of May of 2013! We are getting into this new/old season!

The remaining 3 All-Stars in the Big Brother house this week have all reached the finale before. Two of them, however, wanted much different endings this time around. Who wins!? Who loses? Who is AFP!?

She might feel sorry for herself, as she is not able to bring herself to final 3.... so she acts like there’s a possibility Cody will evict her over Christmas this week. Heading into the first week of the jury, “The Committee” still remains strong with all of their numbers  intact. Even though it makes this a less than satisfying outcome, there is still much to Blab about!
