Here in Western Canada an annual occurrence is that Fall comes, the temperature drops and becomes necessary to heat our homes. This process is achieved by firing up the furnace.

Today, Rhonda Janzen from WINGS is back with me to talk about their WINGMAN campaign. This campaign is currently running in it's second week and I am participating in it for the second year, so watch for my photo.

Today, for my first podcast guest I would like to introduce Rob Truscott, a friend and fellow veteran. Rob will join me on a number of podcasts in the coming months, as we discuss many different subjects.

After being posted to Masset, BC in 1977, I had occasion to venture out on my first fishing trip with other members of my shift. This is a summary of what it was like.

During my life I have been known for a few things, one of which is my sneezes. Here I relate the effects of three sneezing episodes which may bring a smile or a chuckle.
