We all have this idea that people are incapable of changing but listen to get a understanding that they can. 

and I quote "I want ya'll understand, people aren't required to deal with trauma or damaged people. We're responsible for healing ourselves"

1.  I can't help you 
2. You need to deal with your own trauma 
3. I am not responsible for helping you become your better self. 
4. I got my own issues sidenote: "seems to me you need help too" 

I am the only one that disagreed by the way, this is just an deeper insight of "being responsible for healing yourself".

IF WE COULD HEAL OURSELVES WE WOULD NOT NEED GOD, NOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR COMPANIONS.  

Men are stressing the ladies OUT with this question: What do you bring to the table? 

And, women are in an uproar because this question is now top tier on the first date. 

And, women answer: We bringing PRETTY, what else do you expect us to bring?? 

Being at peace with where you are does not mean you're lazy you just understand that there is better and you know the works to get there. 

Get in tune with yourself learn who you are and what you want. 

Dwelling on not being where you want to be will cause you to never get there. 

Just because you're at the bottom doesn't mean you're not getting the nutrients you need to grow. 

looking for validation from others will NEVER change your situation or how you feel about yourself. 

YOUR LIFE STARTS NOW,

• Being TO STRONG, 
• not showing emotions, 
• pointing the finger,
• its GAY to express yourself, 

Where did the Trauma come From? Men were groomed to and taught to be STRONG, to not cry, and suck it up. THAT ENDS NOW! Help Men "anyone" do better help them CREATE A SAFE SPACE.
