Mental Health Awareness Month Pt. 2 Ft. Nurses Natalie Coellner and Emily Mathews
First episode got such great feedback we had to do another but this time we chat mental health in the entertainment space. Nashville is a fast moving city and sometimes it can effect you without even being in the industry. Nurses Natalie and Emily also join in on the conversation to give us their perspective on the nursing side.
Mental Health Awareness Month Pt. 1
We can not stress this enough, YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT! Ask yourself if you're the type to message your friends to check in or do you wait for them to hit you up? Are YOU actually okay or trying to avoid it? Episode 10 we dive into everything mental health and how serious it can really be. This month we really want to focus on those that aren't doing okay and how to help.
Friendships as you adult Ft. Femi
First and foremost the making sense of adulting team pays respects to their friend, Alex White, who passed away recently. Alex was not only an amazing dancer, son, solider and supporter, but he was one hell of a friend. Friendships come around so often and as you get older friendships get harder. This week the team discusses friendships in the adulting stage and what's changed.
