04 Jaguar part / paranoia
In this episode Grace explores a part of her that she has given the image of a Jaguar. This “paranoid” part might have more meaning to it but some of its basic struggles are still there even after working with it. It gets confused between looking outside and looking within herself.

03 Exploring Who I Am
In this episode Grace attempts to resurrect the podcast from a three year hiatus by getting more simple and to the point. She shares some mental health struggles and by now has started using parts language (thanks Internal Family Systems therapy). She tries to avoid God language but that too comes up. And don’t forget the camping adventures. Stay tuned for more updates and hopefully interviews in the future.
