Relational Stewardship in this time of Covid-19
In my psychotherapy practice, I specialize in working with couples and families. I am very concerned about relationships that were in distress before this crisis and are now under increased stress as a result of this crisis. This podcast episode is intended to encourage people to take responsibility for “relational stewardship” during this time of crisis and to work towards positive change and growth. This crisis was thrust upon us - we did not have a choice in that, and this crisis will end on its own timeline - we won’t get to choose that either, but we do get to choose how we face this crisis, and how we behave in our relationships during it. This podcast is meant to encourage people to marshal the courage, from within themselves, to behave, from what is best in them, to do what they can reasonably do to create positive change.
