The only person you need to be worried about
Peace Family!
I hope you are doing great! Today is a beautiful day, I can feel it! So make sure you enjoy the day because you GET to experience today.Â
I'm doing great and this week we're taking a deep dive into why there's always something outside of ourselves that needs our attention. If it's not one thing it's another and it is spreading us thin. There's always something we need to be scared about. There's always something we need to speak against.Â
This is what happens when people know just what to do to get us rattled up. When people know more about us than we do, then it gets easy for us to be distracted.
We need to tap into the power we have as creators to create a life that works for us. Where attention goes, power grows and so the question is what are you giving power to? Do you know? Do you know why you are expected to give them power? Do you know that you are the battery that charges anything you give your energy to?
It's time we get out of this cycle that has left us without strength, hopeless, helpless and stressed. Our wellbeing and life depend on it. Our career advancements depend on it. We know what stress does to the body. We know how important and critical the mind is and we need to protect it by any means necessary.Â
Here is to giving our all to the only person we need to be worried about!

Why we need to journey back to femininity
Journey back to Femininity- Wellness with Sabali
Peace family! I trust you are doing well. Today's episode is on Femininity. For most of us, we have to go against the grain when seeking femininity. It isn't promoted on our screens and so we have to dig deep even into history to see how feminine women thrived.
In this episode we will look into:
- Definition of African feminine energy
- Traits associated with feminine women
- What masculine energy is
- What feminine energy is not
- How masculine energy affects our health and wellness
- Effects of masculine energy on the family.
- The history behind feminine women taking on masculine roles
I'd also like to share some resources on feminine women omen who use their spaces to speak on the importance of femininity:

You have no right to anything you are not willing to pursue!
Peace family! I hope you are all keeping well and warm. I am doing great. Today I want us to look into why we say we want things but never get them. Are we really willing to give up the things that make us comfortable and the things that are familiar with the things we truly desire? Do we deserve something for nothing? Here's my take. EnjoyÂ

The link between health and Inheritance
Peace to the family. I hope we are all keeping sane and well. I'm doing great!
I am enjoying great health, getting sun in daily, going out to get fresh air and it has really helped me stay grounded.Â
Today's episode is on the link between health and inheritance. This is a taboo topic for a lot of us. We haven't had the conversation on inheritance with our children, we have struggled to talk about it with our parents and some of us don't know where to start when it comes to drafting a will and what makes it valid under the law.Â
This episode will be followed up with a blog post where I will share on some of the key elements that constitute a valid will.Â
Here at Wellness with Sabali we speak on generational wealth and how as African families, we need to take control of the wealth we are creating and protect the family unit.
I hope this episode opens up communication channels and helps us have these critical conversations.

Generational curse or generational choice?
Peace family! I hope you are keeping well. I'm doing good.
Today we look at whether we are running away from our responsibilities by blaming some of the actions and traits we take on or if how we show up is beyond us. Let's dive in to see whether generational curses can be conquered.
Remember you are your biggest assignment so take you seriously.

Why it is okay to be in your feels
Today we talk about feelings!!!
Feelings are emotional energy.  they are not personality traits.             Â
We spend a lot of times dishonouring ourselves by not honouring our feelings and this episode is to get us to a place where we are more in tune with our feelings and letting them guide us.     Â
We also look into why all feelings are valid, some of the pros to being in our feelings, how not to dwell and get stuck in our feelings for too long and some tips to get us more comfortable with transforming the energies that are feelings into good.                                     Â
Tip to takeaway: Â "Nobody makes anyone feel; no one is ultimately responsible for our feelings except us, no matter how much we insist they are. People also cannot change the way we feel. Only we can do that.Â
We are not responsible for anyone else’s feelings, although we are responsible for choosing to be considerate of people’s feelings. The extent we are ready to be considerate of their feelings tells a lot about us".Â
I got this from my current read.
