Those who decide early in life who they are, are often prolific creators. But even if you don't know what the overarching theme of your life is, you can still access your highest potential, self trust and confidence in being yourself and expressing yourself. In this episode I share how going to a Bryan Adams concert had me asking this big question: Who do you decide to be? And how the Akashic Records can help us reconnect to our true self.

I share a message from Mary Magdalene and the Akashic Records on recovering from being a people pleaser. People pleasing is a coping behaviour and the way to begin moving through it is with compassion and grace for yourself. In this special edition episode I share a snippet of a conversation I had with a friend and colleague. In this raw and unfiltered voice message to her I define embodiment and explain the difference between true manifestation and just going through the motions - and how you can know the difference for yourself. I share a process you can use to catch the tricks of your mind and re-orient yourself towards embodied manifesting of what you are creating.

This month is all about taking a look within and connecting to the innate wholeness and completeness that you are. If there is somewhere that you feel incomplete, the energy is potent to do the healing, integration and growth work to feel complete.

An energetic forecast for Dec 2022. As we round out this year there are some important messages in the numbers and coming through from the Akashic Records.

When I looked at the energetics of the month, some cool themes jumped out at me.

I experienced Jimmy's work myself and can attest to the near instant transformation of his breathwork journeys. They are hard work but within just one session I was able to release mountains of grief and reconnect back to peace within myself. 

In this episode Jimmy shares his remarkable story and the breathwork that ended up not only saving his life but also setting him on this passionate and transformational service path. 

Jimmy Fisher has lived a life of amazing experiences, whimsical adventures and great relationships, but also lived a life of extreme depression, hopelessness and addiction. He became suicidal and on numerous occasions attempted to take his own life. In 2021 just before Christmas he almost succeeded. Fortunately, he was found outside and resuscitated and placed on life support. He pulled through and spent close to 6 months in the hospital. Physically it cost him dearly: he had half of each foot amputated due to stage 4 frostbite. Mentally he became sicker and even attempted suicide while in the hospital. Emotionally and spiritually he felt completely vacant. He was hopeless and at his wits end.

He entered a men's residential recovery center (Freedoms Door) in May of 2022 but was still determined to end his life. He spent the first few weeks hobbling around with big boots on his feet or being confined to bed or a wheelchair. In time he connected to and became inspired by the community. He worked with a counsellor and was able to start releasing some grief, guilt and shame yet still had deep seated feeling of loneliness that had been his permanent fixture since childhood. 

At his counsellor's encouragement he pursued his passion for breathwork, something he had already been practicing for a couple years. He found it offered temporary relief and began researching more. Whether by chance, by divine intervention or by destiny, he came across these transformational journeys. After doing his  first one, he was rocked to the core. It was instant: the hopelessness and the loneliness almost disappeared. His racing mind was quiet and his emotional triggers softened. Believing the whole world needed to know about this profound work and that he wanted to be the one to get it out there. If it could have this effect on him, then imagine the change it could make in so many others' lives. It was the secret sauce. He has been studying Brian Kelly's Breath Master course and has been loving the journey ever since.

Jimmy's words: "I no longer feel like I'm in a pit of despair. I no longer feel the obsessive mind of addiction. I'm excited to get out of bed each morning and participate in this world. It's nothing short of a miracle. I believe that breathwork (not just the journeys but daily practice) has the potential to transform your life, not in a year, not in months but immediately."

We want to know our purpose mostly because we want to know that we are contributing and that we can become fulfilled through that contribution. What started out on a dare turned into a platform for me to rediscover, reconnect to and practice my own voice. I really get my knickers in a knot when coaches or manifestation teachers say "just change your story" or "just choose a different thought." The manifestation process is simple but it's not always easy or a straight line and dismissing other layers of it like the emotions, the physiology and the energetic clarity is confusing and not helpful. Did you grow up believing that you can't, don't or shouldn't have your own direct connection with your Spirit, Soul or the Divine? This ancient dogma is so harmful and takes your power away. The Akashic Records have taught me and my clients that our physical and non-physical self are simply 2 sides of the same coin and that there is no hierarchy between Spirit and humanity. The Akashic Records Keepers have said "Do Not Call Us Lords," because spirit doesn't want to be on a pedestal, and neither does your Soul. You're not here to measure yourself against some ideal that's unreachable. You're here to embody your greatness, your light, and your power, and that only happens when you connect to your Soul's wisdom and take practical action with that wisdom. In this episode I share the exact story of what the Akashic Records said about not putting Spirit on a pedestal and how we can access our own Divine wisdom instead. I also share the one tool I use all the time to access specific information from the Akashic Records: numerology.

Simply knowing your purpose isn't necessarily enough to be fulfilled by it. It's in the fulfillment of your purposes that you find the fulfillment of YOU. The Akashic Records remind us that there is no hierarchy between physical and spirit energy and that everything is energy - so no matter how you're going about it, you are fulfilling your purposes all the time, even if it's through struggle, pain, "failing", making mistakes, joy, bliss or happiness.
