Before we can even think of developing business plans for our enterprises, we must imagine the life cycle of our enterprises. This start from ideas generation through ideas development, conversion of ideas into concept, writing the concept paper, developing the organization, introducing the organization, entering the growth phase and reaching maturity phase. These can be longer than our own life times and we must be ready to let go when we are done, and handover to generations after us. That is why the establishment of an enterprise is a life long project and should be about others than just ourselves. Ours is t leave the legacy for the generations after us. If we do good work, they will always appreciate the foundation we shall have laid. You want to imagine your enterprise surviving the future renewal and decline phase, s en though you are likely not to be there when that happens. But your foundation work would be the reason the enterprise survive the phase. You must be so convinced that you confidently celebrate that phase today.

Courage & Inspiration, Learning by Reflection
Learning by Reflection is about storing content and knowledge in our long-term memory, i.e. it is like filing a book in the library in a way that you can retrieve whenever the need arises. Any stored information, content or knowledge that cannot be retrieved and applied is wasted and is of no use to anybody. So, reflection is necessary as it helps in the effective storing of knowledge. In this episode we are reflecting on the daily inspirations of the week 14th to the 20th April 2019. We are reflecting on the daily inspirations and how they impacted on us. JOURNALING as a Coaching Tool
In this episode I share with you on the role that Journaling plays in Coaching, and my own case study how I used it to confirm my eight (8) top talents. The case study question is: What are my unique talents? What do I do differently, better, more naturally than others? Make a list! I answered these questions and came out with the eight top talents. The impact of coaching is felt in between the Coaching sessions. Journaling is one of those actions between the sessions that coaching clients should do. This will deepens the self knowledge of the clients.

The era we living in is characterized by high levels of unemployment. We need many professionals to consider becoming entrepreneurs and creating jobs. However, the majority of professionals are trapped in employment mindset. They are fearful of the unknown world of entrepreneurship. As a result they choose to do nothing. This is a sad state of affairs as the whole world needs their expertise to contribute to creating jobs. Planning & Delivering Professionalism (Part 2)
In Part 1 of Planning and Delivering Professionalism, we touched on the importance of the previous year ending as a baseline for the drafting of the new year personal and professional plans. In this episode we are focusing on the implementation of professional annual plans, and how we should empower our administrators and managers in taking care of us. The leadership styles of the professionals have direct impact of them. They are either enabled or disadvantaged by it. In conclusion, we are confirming that it is impossible for professionals to deliver on their business mandates without letting go and allowing their administrators and managers take control of their day to day office management. They will make you shine. But then you must take care of their career development and overall well being. Take keen interest in their development.
