Do you love perfume? How about wine (or any alcohol bevvie)? If you answered "yes" to both of those questions, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Each week I discuss everything relating to perfume: reviews, news headlines, trends in the industry, and even some educational tidbits (what exactly IS musk, anyway?) - all while sipping on a little sumpin' sumpin'. So come join me, and let's bask in our shared love for everything fragrance!
This week’s episode is quick and dir-tay, as I am recovering from a sinus infection and getting ready to go on vacation and freaking out. We’re reviewing the out-of-production Victoria’s Secret Dream Angels Heavenly Perfume, discussing the 2019 FiFi winners, and going over the top 8 summer fragrances for men (according to Men’s Health).
In this week’s episode, I review Givenchy’s Very Irresistible Eau De Toilette, Cher’s new “genderlss” (i.e. unisex) fragrance, and a new perfume infused with CBD oil. Also, a small edit: I initially mention that trace amounts of THC are found in broad spectrum CBD products. That is not true. They are found in products that are full spectrum.
In this week's episode, I discuss a perfume theme park in Cyprus (I needed to go, like, yesterday), review Christian Dior's reformulation of Miss Dior Eau De Toilette, and go over Hannah's crop of men on The Bachelorette. This was also my first time editing on GarageBand, and...it was a journey, to say the least.
In this week’s episode, we’re reviewing Paris Hilton for Women (I know, I know, 2005 called and wants its perfume back), talking about perfume pens from Thierry Mugler, Ulta heists, and how I am no longer a MeeMaw because my knee is back in business.
In this week’s episode, I bitch about my knee, discuss whether or not they were talking about Victoria’s Secret Love Spell in the “baby prostitute” scene in Mean Girls, and go over some new spring and summer scents. I also sneeze-a lot.
Short one this week! We’re talkin’ ‘bout Annick Goutal’s Rose Pompon, succumbing to the wonders of the Amazon Treasure Truck, and Annette Green, an influential figure in the perfume industry who is turning 95 years young. Ch-ch-check it out!
In this week's episode, I review Ralph Lauren's Romance (and lament on how I had to finally chuck my bottle), wrap up the series on how perfume works, and talk about perfumes the ladies of European royalty wear - in case you want to smell like them (put on "Royals" by Lorde for the complete effect).
In this week's episode, we wonder why the glass skin trend is so hot right now, review Ralph Lauren's Notorious, discuss Michelle Pfeiffer's new perfume line, and continue our discussion on how perfume is actually made.
We have a new name AND a spiffy new logo, yay! But it's still the same, good ol' fragrance podcast you know and love. In this week's episode, I review Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille, start our series on how perfume is made, and share a new podcast from Hugo Boss that may give me a run for my money. ::Michelle Tanner voice:: How Rude!
Also, props to talentleague for creating the new logo! Check him out on Fiverr if you are wanting a minimalist logo design for your company, blog, or podcast. He does good work, and is super nice.
In this week’s episode, I discuss a new perfume that recently hit the market, if you’ve got some extra cash lying around: a perfume from Dubai costing a cool $1.3 M (insert Dr. Evil here). I also discuss Femina by Jor’el Parker (which is Hello by Harvey Prince in disguise), and the top 8 fragrance trends industry experts says we’ll be seeing in the next few months.
IT’S NATIONAL FRAGRANCE WEEK! YOU get a fragrance, YOU get a fragrance, YOU get a fragrance! EVERYBODY GETS A FRAGRANCE!
...I wish I had that kind of money and resources. You won’t get a fragrance (from me), but you WILL get:
- A discussion about a cheapie TJ Maxx find (that’s also really, really good),
- What notes and fragrances the SVP of Shiseido Fragrances thinks will be trending for spring, and
- What perfume ingredient is made from whale sperm

In this week’s episode, I review the weird and confusing scent that is Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous, explain what “oud” and “aromatic” is when it comes to fragrance, and discuss National Fragrance Week.
WHO WILL BE VICTORIOUS??? This week, we’ve got a follow-up to last week’s episode in the form of a FRAGRANCE SHOWDOWN. I do a wear test of Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry and Dua Fragrance’s Popped Cherry and recommend which one I would ultimately buy. I also discuss new fragrances for spring, and whether or not I would sleep with 1980s Peter Gabriel (spoiler alert, I totally would).
Pilot episode of Frag Chat with the Fragrance Chick! In this week’s episode we discuss Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme, how the fragrance industry is trying to maintain its share of the beauty industry pie in the age of e-commerce, how to choose the right perfume, and how I got started on my fragrance journey.
