In the Summertime
Have you ever been 'Church Shopping'? In this episode we discuss Jenn's current quest to find a new faith home base. It's also the beginning of Summer, and we talk about the mainstream need to, as John Mellencamp so famously sang, "vacation down at the Gulf of Mexico".
Don't forget to send us a message. We want to know what your favorite podcasts are, if you've ever gone church-shopping, and what you have planned for summertime! Use our new VOICE MESSAGE feature and we may even share your call in our next podcast!

We've included a beautiful performance of "Summertime" by George Gershwin from the 1935 Opera, Porgy and Bess, to enjoy and inspire you to make meaningful plans for your summer, home or away.
Summertime, an' the livin' is easy
Fish are jumpin' an' the cotton is high.
Oh, yo' daddy's rich and yo' ma is good-lookin'
So hush, little baby, don' you cry.
One of these mornin's you goin' to rise up singin'
Then you'll spread yo' wings an' you'll take the sky.
But till that mornin', there's a nothin' can harm you
With Daddy an' Mammy standin' by.

Mindset Reset
In this episode, we revisit our I WAS NICE ONCE episode with 'niceness' data. Mar and Jenn also share their Easter epiphany, and how a holiday or special event can inspire a mindset-reset. When the stone is moved, you have a chance at a new life. But don't worry: we aren't making plans to be so nice that we get run over, because you gotta be cruel to be kind (sometimes).
