Michael Cohen, The Tech Rabbi, is a designer, educator and creativity instigator. His mission is to help educators around the world reveal their own creative abilities so they can empower students to solve interesting problems and become positive contributors to our global society. He is the Co-Founder of Ed3DAO powered by Ed3Educators, author of the book Educated By Design, which outlines his principles for revealing and nurturing our innate creative courage and capacity. He is a national keynote speaker, advisor, and trainer. When he isn’t traveling the world sharing his message, he serves as the director of innovation for Hebrew Academy of Miami, where he leads STEAM and Entrepreneurship initiatives and programs.

The eTwinz, Mr. Alberto and Mr. Mario were born and raised in Salamanca, Spain. They graduated from the University of Valladolid with a bachelor’s in education and after graduating, they moved to Utah (United States) to start their teaching careers. The Herraez Twins taught 5th and 6th grade at Canyon Creek Elementary School in Farmington for 7 years & their innovative practices in the classroom was recognized by many organizations like UCET that granted Mr. Alberto with the “Outstanding Young Educator of the Year Award” and DSD that honored the eTwinz with the “Best of Davis Award”. In 2020, WE Charity awarded the eTwinz with the “WE Teacher Award” for their work in the Social and Emotional field and their serving learning practices. The International Society of Technology in Education (ISTE) awarded them with the “2022 20 to Watch Award”, that recognizes emerging leaders around the world who make a difference through their work and exemplified excellence. During their time in Utah, the Herraez brothers founded the "eTwinz" brand. Since 2018, the twins carried their brand around the five continents helping many teachers, schools and organizations to transform their practices through technology and cutting-edge approaches. Mr. Alberto and Mr. Mario also founded the eTwinz Academy with the intention of providing learners around the world with high-quality education.

Paul Sokoloff is a senior research assistant in botany and a member of the Arctic Flora of Canada and Alaska project. His work boils down to cataloguing plant and lichen biodiversity in the Arctic and beyond. On any given day, Mr. Paul may be in a faraway place doing field work, in the museum's herbarium studying specimens, or taking part in outreach activities on behalf of the museum. 

Mr. Sokoloff first came to the Canadian Museum of Nature as a master's student under the supervision of a Research Scientist - he determined that the Fernald's milkvetch is not a plant species of its own. Two days after submitting his thesis, he was on a plane bound for Victoria Island in the Western Canadian Arctic as a museum field assistant and he hasn't looked back since. Since then, Mr. Paul has embarked on nine Arctic expeditions with the museum, and has participated in multiple biological expeditions at the Mars Desert Research Station. Today, he works as a Botanist, a Mars Analog Researcher, and a Science Communicator.

Dr. James Nickells is a medical doctor, an Anesthetist at the North Bristol NHS Trust and a British Portrait Artist specializing in emotional portraiture painted in ink and is the Founder of The Global Portrait Project - an artistic project raising awareness on global positive environmental activity. Over the next 4 years, Mr. James will paint 193 portraits. He has also been a Medical Illustrator for a number of books on Medicine.

Ms. Astrid Hsu is a Sustainability Integration Manager at The Walt Disney Company and has been a marine biologist at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. She uses remote sensing tools to study mangroves in Mexico and also educates the public about climate solutions, bringing science to stakeholders and decision-makers. Ms. Hsu focuses on engaging community members with marine conservation and sustainability, and she leverages storytelling to communicate science and inspire environmental stewardship. Ms. Astrid specializes in interdisciplinary ocean literacy, approaching marine conservation and climate change issues from numerous angles. She leads the effort to monitor Mexican mangroves using drones and working with Mexico's National Commission of Natural Protected Areas to train their representatives in using similar imaging tools. Ms. Astrid has also developed Bending the Curve: Climate Change Solutions, a global curriculum that equips students with the tools to develop their own climate change solutions. Ms. Hsu had earned both her B.S. in marine biology with a minor in science education and her M.S. in marine biodiversity and conservation at Scripps.

The Dynamic Duo - Jeni Long & Sallee Clark are international speakers, EdTech consultants, bloggers, and authors. They currently serve as Instructional Technologists with Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. The dynamic duo, known as #Jenallee, is passionate about technology integration and making learning accessible & fun for all! Ms. Jeni has served in education for 23 years as a 6th grade Math Teacher, 7-12 ELA Curriculum Specialist, Technology Integration Specialist and a Science Curriculum Specialist, & Ms. Sallee has served in education for 16 years as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, Elementary Librarian, K-12 District Librarian, & Instructional Technologist. Ms. Jeni & Ms. Salleé together co-host a YouTube show called The Jenallee Show. Their blog and YouTube show highlight the newest EdTech tools and offer tech tutorials for teachers and educators across the globe. Between the two of them, they have over 40 years in education and have presented at BETT, TCEA, FETC, ISTE, and various other local conferences. They are both MIE Experts, Minecraft Trainers, Ed to the Max Consultants, as well as ambassadors for Wakelet, Buncee, Genially, Adobe, and Flipgrid. In addition, #Jenallee has published articles with Tech & Learning and they recently released their first book titled The Microsoft Teams Playbook.

Mark Kauzlarich is a photographer, multimedia reporter, and National Geographic Explorer based in New York. His recent work focuses on isolation and marginalization in the United States, with a special focus on the rural Midwest. He holds a master’s in journalism from the University of Missouri and bachelor’s degrees in political science and Middle East studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2018 he was a nominee for the Ville de Perpignan Rémi Ochlik Award and a winner of the Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward award. His work has been exhibited across the United States, including twice at Photoville in 2018. Mark speaks and reads two dialects of Arabic. His clients include the New York Times (where he interned in 2015), TIME, CNN, Reuters, the Weather Channel, the Wall Street Journal, Die Zeit, and the Huffington Post.

Clara Galán is the Global Community Manager on the Adobe Education K-12 and Higher Education Team. A former teacher of ELA, ESL and Spanish for K-12, she is passionate about the importance of relationships in social-emotional learning and educating the whole child. Prior to joining Adobe, Clara worked building educator communities and professional development content for Amazon Kindle Education, Remind.com, and The George Lucas Educational Foundation. Clara lives in San Francisco and loves learning about education technology and tools to improve the education system.
