Ryan and Kae continue the conversation of Mental Health. Kae spoke of his reservations with therapy and the overall process in prior episodes. Last week, the brothers spoke with licensed professional counselor, Genee Francis, where she helped us define mental health and educate us  on the natural stigma that society has associated with therapy and how to move forward. This week, the topic of seeking validation and  reassurance is addressed. What can that desire and lack of receiving  that desire do to the mind?

It's the month of May and Mental Health Awareness Month. Last weeks episode touched on Mental Health with athletes specifically and also scratched the surface of the hosts state of mind. This week Ryan and Kae sit with special guest and licensed professional counselor, Genee Francis. Genee helps the brothers in understanding psychological health and how critical it can be to the well being of not just athletes, but coaches and people in general. This episode dives deep into the stigma of seeing a therapist, when and why there's been a sudden surge in publicly expressing one's mental state, and also ways of addressing your mental wellness on the go and maintaining a balance.

Deion Sanders said it best, "If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. If you play good, they pay good." On this week’s episode, Ryan and Kae discuss the importance of sneaker game to athletes, as well as the vital role athletes play in the sneaker industry. March is the month that every athlete, every fan of sport, every fan of basketball looks forward to! It is the month of madness, otherwise known as "March Madness". The NCAA tournament has begun and it has been nothing short of pure excitement. This week the brothers set out to determine who will be the last team standing, which Cinderella team can make it to the end, and why some teams were forced to make an early exit. Not to mention the unacceptable disparities and intolerable mistreatment that is being dished out to the women athletes of the NCAA.
