Introvert Horror Stories
Today we are getting into some “horrors” some black, introverted
women face.
In general, Black introverted women may find it challenging
to assert themselves in the workplace, even though assertiveness is a characteristic that’s often rewarded.
In addition, introverted Black women may also face stereotypes that suggest they are less confident or capable than their extroverted counterparts.
Also, we feel pressure to conform to certain cultural
expectations, which can be exhausting for introverted individuals who thrive on introspection and deeper connections.
